I had a great customer service experience here. I was using the online app to order my drink but I happen to drive up through... the drive thru. I ordered my drink anyway hoping to resolve once I got to the window. I explained what I was going to do andthey were fine with it. All they had to do was cancel the current order. Once I selected to pay for my drink the printerimmediately printed my order. They placed it on my cup and handed me the drink. It was awesome sauce because I earned 89 starsby using the app on my phone. I love technology and thank you Starbucks for your patience. I love it when it all goes smooth. I've been here 3 times, and I know it's a new location but the wait time is too long and the drink recipies are not consistent.... This time I had them remake my drink which I hate doing. If they step it up in the future I will update my review accordingly. Read more
This is one of the worst locations I?ve been to. They never have anything in stock and they always mess up my drink. You?re... better off driving a minute down the road to the one off of bell and 32nd street. Read more
