Kristi has all the makings of a great manager. There was a little bit of a problem with my order, because it's a bit unusual,... even though I've ordered it all over the world. Kristi stepped in. I go to this Starbucks regularly. No complaints about service or coffees? I like to go and sit inside with a friend and... talk!!! It was so LOUD it was hard to function. I asked for the music to be turned down once ? obviously ignored. And when acountry song they all seemed to like came on.., all the workers were clapping and hollering with the music. I?m glad they werehaving a good time but geez. I walked out with a nasty headache and I will not be back! Read more

2 out of 2 times, I pre-ordered and paid the day before. They wrote the order in their book and when I arrived it was not... ready!! When I asked the manager about my drinks she rudely snapped at me and told me to speak with the register or she wouldhave no idea I am here for my order. SERIOUSLY? I ordered and paid the day before so I would not have to wait in line and havemy drinks made AFTER I arrived. I was late to my meetings because I ordered the day before, paid and believed they would have itready! Nope... never ever going to that starbucks again. Anthem has 3 others. MANAGEMENT is the biggest issue! Read more

Horrible management on this shift. A company that takes so much money from people daily can't make change for people? We said we... would go get the change for them and the manager said she was just going to throw our drinks away. So, instead of giving us thedrinks and letting us get them the change, they needed she would rather waste and throw it all away. Get a better leader. Thepoor new employee was embarrassed. Read more

Awesome drive thru experience! I came up with a complicated order and not only was the lady answering the drive thru willing to... fix my drink without making any comments, but she also asked me if I wanted extra mocha...which of course I do!! I don?t knowwhat her name was but she was great, along with Denise at the window! Would come back for sure. Read more
