Its a holiday I get it extremely busy. Guy coming out to take orders stops just before my car to go back inside and talk with... his coworkers. Waits till I get up to the sign to order. Then tells me after waiting 30 minutes they don't have the stuff tomake the drink. Thanks for wasting my morning. Maybe do your job and I wouldn't have wasted part of my holiday. I am not sure why the employees at this Starbucks always get my mobile order wrong. I always order a sweet vanilla nitro... cold brew. For some reason they always forget an ingredient. I have given this location three chances already. Not muchof a fan! Read more

I ordered a bag of decaf coffee through the app and when I got there it turns out they were out. I felt annoyed and grumpy... because I just wanted to get home. Taylor helped me as she was running around making drinks. She got me a card for store creditand made me a drink for the inconvenience. Her demeanor was so friendly and so sweet I wanted to hug her and hangout with herlol. After working a very long day and in a bad mood she definitely turned my frown upside-down. ???? Read more

Terrible service. It is 8pm on a Saturday night, we decided after a long week of working to take the kids for a quick outing.... Turns out, they decided to lock all their doors 2 hours before close, we tried both doors and even saw the purple haired baristathrough the window look at us and then look away and continue talking to the other barista on the line. As a previous manager ofa coffee shop, I would never approve of this sort of neglect or behavior out of my baristas. If there was any sort of safteyissue, I'd still come to the door and let the customer know that we are closed via a sign or signal it. Maybe update that lobbycloses early or something on Google because we specifically drove out to this one instead of the one closer to home because itwas open later. Read more
