We've had better macchiatos. Not enough caramel. Plus the lid wasn't on all the way and part of it spllied on counter.
This is the closest Starbucks near me I'd rather go here because it's convenient and next to the bank although they are always... jam-packed when I come in. So naturally I order mobile. This time I went to the drive-thru which was still a mobile order butit's my fifth or sixth time not getting a drink all the way to the top If I order a venti should it not come to the top of thecup or should I order a grande for a dollar less? Now mind you I have to pay close to 6 bucks every single time I orderStarbucks do I stay loyal to this one or go somewhere else this is one too many times that my drink is not where it's supposedto be. I ordered my drink at around 3:10 and didn't get it until 3:45. The cashier made around 12 other customers orders before I ever... got mine and made me late for work. My drink wasn't even frozen any more and she forgot to put in my extra espresso I paid forwith my drink. I will be back tomorrow and ask for amanager to help correct this or take this compliant to corperate office Read more
I come to this Starbucks all the time and although all of the employees have always been very nice, the drinks are always soooo... inconsistent. I get the same two drinks everytime and they never taste or even look the same half of the time lol. Drives menuts. Also, I?ve noticed a lot my drinks don?t get filled to the top and I?ve also been given the wrong drink here a few timesand have had to come back to have them fix it. The employees are so nice but the drinks are always hit or miss. **decided toupdate my review to one star as I?ve gone back a few times since this one and I?m so frustrated with the drinks and they alwaysleave things out of it that?s on the sticker. The gal taking my order was wonderful, she was pleasant, upbeat, precise with my order, and courteous. The guy at the delivery... window also was upbeat and pleasant. It is refreshing to see people who aren't angry and disrespectful to another because all ofwhat is going on. It is none of our fault so we should not taken it out on one another. This location is Great ????????. Otherlocations, in Tucson, could learn a thing or two from you. I have not been to a Starbucks in a year because of how nasty theyare in Tucson. This was refreshing. Good Starbucks. Great wifi. Very crowded often. there is a nice table in the middle that you can work from, but other than that,... it's not very conducive to a working environment. It's great if you want to have a meeting with someone. Parking lot is a bitmore difficult than others to navigate. 30mbps download speed, which is a bit slower than others. But that could be because ofthe amount of people in this place. Take note of new hours. Read more
