What can I say about Starbucks coffee that hasn't already been said by somebody else? Hands down the best copy on Earth.... Drinks are expensive and wait times are long, unless you use the mobile app. The drinks are very good when made correctly,... although sadly many times they are not right. And when you're paying that much money for your drink and each customization, youwant your drink to be the way you ordered it, no mistakes. I put in a mobile order for a venti iced pumpkin spice latte and a double smoked bacon and cheddar sandwich. I had to wait 20... minutes after my order was supposed to be ready. I was given my drink and I asked the barista for my sandwich and reminded andrepeated the name on my order 5x over the next 20 min, I didn't get her name, but she was a plus-size white woman. Come to findout 20 minutes later, after they cleared the drive-thru and several people came in and out with their food and drinks, she leftmy food just sitting there on the counter the entire time. I asked her to remake my sandwich and my drink, she threw them awayand had an attitude before remaking my order. Worst customer service experience at a Starbucks yet. Read more
This is my go-to Starbucks in the valley, not just because of where I live or where I work, but because it has the best... baristas. Is that a lofty claim? Probably. Do I stand by my claim? Absolutely. But you know what, I haven't been let down in allthe times I've been in there. It's a morning coffee with friendly people. It's an afternoon tea with friendly people. It's amid-day (insert awesome drink) treat when work is rough and things aren't going smooth. I know I can stop in, say hi to everyoneand feel a little bit better. I love this Starbucks! They are always friendly and they make my favorite drink even though it's not on the menu! An ice Caramel... latte! The bathrooms are always clean, and store is always clean and the shelves are stocked. Read more
Even Starbucks doesn't carry sugar free mocha or peppermint syrup anymore (I have diabetes), they do carry sugar free vanilla... syrup and accommodated me for the holiday drink special and gave me the Starbucks reusable cup. Great customer service. FYI,Starbucks don't forget about the customers that love you but can't have the high sugar. ???? Read more
