I usually drive to a Tempe location but today I decided to give this location another shot especially after the remodel. For... some reason I always pay extra for my drink cause I?m extra but they never make my drink right! I didn?t have to go in and fixit. Only at this location do I have this issue. If I could give this zero stars, I absolutely would.. I had an encounter earlier this week with someone named Natalie. She... seemed to be bothered by something that came off quite unsettling as she assisted me with an order. I noticed all the employeesaround her seemed as if they loathed her and she was just flat out rude to me. I hope she loses her job due to howunprofessional she came off because if it was with me, then it definitely was with someone else as well. Also seems like hercoworkers couldn?t stand her which is a big RED FLAG in a work place. I?d get someone involved like management if you guys arereading this. This place seems terribly managed. Looks like she just wants power in a dumb fast food job. Hope you guys fix thisissue as the employees I have encountered have always tried to make this place so much more inviting and basically begging forhelp from this woman, it seems. I?m a regular here so i?ve heard a few stories about this Natalie girl. I love ALL Starbucks! Not just because it has the best coffee in the world, but it's think the best people. I always bring my... dog and I always go inside. I am deaf and cannot read lips yet and the staff always take the time to ensure my order is correctand I am treated with respect. They all truly go out of their way to show kindness. I usually forget to ask for puppichinofor me dog, however he always gets one because staff don't just pay attention; they pay respect. Read more
Pumpkin Spice is back!! Excited for that!! I was a little saddened that whip cream was OUT and I had to request the already... required pumpkin spice toppings to be placed on top(without the whip cream). I do appreciate the App challenges to earn extrastars. Thanks for that Starbucks!! Read more
Having a coffee at this store on a morning of a weekday. Coffee is good, pickup time is normal. But, tables inside the store are... not cleaned, tables outside are even worse, having a layer of dust, we will have to use the paper towels and water to clean thetable before sitting down there. This drive thru seems like a secret . You can barely see it behind the plazas trees and landscaping lol. The line move quickly... and the lady was super nice and cheerful. The cashier he was very chill as we chatted about our Halloween weekend plans. All thefood (bacon gouda, turkey egg, egg bites, grilled cheese and cake pop) was delicious.
