I usually drive to a Tempe location but today I decided to give this location another shot especially after the remodel. For... some reason I always pay extra for my drink cause I?m extra but they never make my drink right! I didn?t have to go in and fixit. Only at this location do I have this issue. If I could give this zero stars, I absolutely would.. I had an encounter earlier this week with someone named Natalie. She... seemed to be bothered by something that came off quite unsettling as she assisted me with an order. I noticed all the employeesaround her seemed as if they loathed her and she was just flat out rude to me. I hope she loses her job due to howunprofessional she came off because if it was with me, then it definitely was with someone else as well. Also seems like hercoworkers couldn?t stand her which is a big RED FLAG in a work place. I?d get someone involved like management if you guys arereading this. This place seems terribly managed. Looks like she just wants power in a dumb fast food job. Hope you guys fix thisissue as the employees I have encountered have always tried to make this place so much more inviting and basically begging forhelp from this woman, it seems. I?m a regular here so i?ve heard a few stories about this Natalie girl. She seems like a big,rude, elephant in the room distracting everyone AND CUSTOMERS (as myself) from having a simple, happy encounter at my localstarbucks. This drive thru seems like a secret . You can barely see it behind the plazas trees and landscaping lol. The line move quickly... and the lady was super nice and cheerful. The cashier he was very chill as we chatted about our Halloween weekend plans. All thefood (bacon gouda, turkey egg, egg bites, grilled cheese and cake pop) was delicious.
