I always forget how good Starbucks drinks are until I have one after I haven't in a while. This location is crowded with teens... in the afternoons on weekdays due to a large high school across the street. Kind of a noisy teen hangout when we were there inthe afternoon of May 6TH. Tension and vibe feels so off which reflects on one staffs nasty attitude. Miss know it all apparently doesn't know how to do... her job and likes to yell at other employees for her own mistake and humiliate them in front of customers. So rude. Read more
I went to this Starbucks on Dunlap and Central this morning. I come to this location a lot with no problems but this morning was... terrible. The person(Vivian)was working the drive thru. I ordered my food. When I got to the window, she was talking to acoworker with the window open then the window closed. She came back then turned again to speak with a coworker with the windowopen then the window closed again. She came back to the window. I showed her the Star Points I have and i wanted to use them.She then turned away again to talk to a coworker and the window closed again. She came back,Then she said it?s only drinks. Iasked for a receipt. She ignored me so i left. If you look at the picture at the bottom it say 153 for snacks. Am I wrong? Read more
