My bag containing my muffin was wide open. When I walked in facing the door, I could see it before I reach the counter. About... three flies flew in with me. I requested another pastry because of my observations. A representative there was very irritatedwith me. Turning red with a visible disdain on her face and shaking out of irritation with a shaky voice, she told me every timeI walk in ?it will be like that? per-Starbucks directions. I am not fluent in Starbucks policies, but I know that anger is nothow we react when a client has a request. I was on my way home drinking my Starbucks drink when I noticed there was a hair in my drink. I immediately felt grossed out. I... went back to Starbucks and let them know. They did refund my money but in such a rude manner. I waited in the drive thur twiceto get treated rudely and got an upset stomach for it. Better off going to the Starbucks on 35ave and Southern. It's Starbucks. You either love it or hate it. I love it. If you do love it, and you dont have the app, you are missing out on a... lot of freebees; not to mention the the convenience factor of being able to order ahead of time and literally never have to waitfor your order. Keep it up Starbucks. Love the reusable plastic holiday cups. Wouldn't have known they were giving them outwithout the app pushing a notification. Update: Continues to be a great Starbucks. Great service and friendly baristas. Place is clean. Not crowded at 3pm. No wait in line. Plenty of parking.
If I could give them a zero I would. Worst experience ever!!! I went for my birthday drink and waited half an hour to learn... they lost my ticket. Then they got my order wrong twice. They didn't even put the label. I understand that they were busy butawful service and no apology for the long wait. This experience made my day awful. I love Starbucks but I don't think that I'mgoing to go back to this location. I was happy and left upset. Read more
