Ordered the Gyro Plate and Baklava. The plate includes salad, gyro meat, yellow rice with tomatoes and onion, a pita with... hummus, and tzatziki sauce. Overall, I enjoyed all that I ordered. The salad was dressed appropriately, though I wish thevegetables had a slightly finer chop to them. The gyro meat was flavorful. I do wish the meat was shaved thinner to maintainmore browning. I really enjoyed the hummus, and tzatziki both very enjoyable on their own and mixed with everything. The baklavastarted off really good and flaky. However after the four bites, it became a little overly sweet. I enjoyed the food that wasordered, and would consider coming back, if I lived in the area. Read more
They changed owners, that's why the service sucks. The girl at the counter was rude and doesn't acknowledge when you say thank... you or anything. I asked if they changed names because the receipt said something other than Spartan. She ignored me, and Iasked a second time and the guy in the back cooking the food said different owners. The original owner was super nice andfriendly. The food was still really good so I'll give some points for that. But they'd better get someone else who actuallyhas customer service skills running the register and dining room, otherwise they won't last long. Read more
i don?t usually leave reviews but this place just wasn?t it. the lady was rude, said i don?t need siracha for my gyro and that... they were out lol. it?s definitely over priced and the amount of meat they give you is not it. they jam pack more onions andlettuce than gyro meat. take your money elsewhere, plenty of other better places and customer service. My daughter and I both agree, ???????? two thumbs up!! Some of the best food in the city. For a little tiny place with only a... few tables to either sip on some tea while waiting for your food or feasting on the spot...wow and then some. The chicken kabobsare simply put, to die for. Right across from the Fry's grocery store. I can personally promise you'll love it ??????. They arereally good at explaining what your ordering because it's authentic Greek and other Halal dishes.
