Older Lady with heavy accent took my order and did an amazing job. The food came out fast, fresh, and tasting amazing. But the... carhop(Isreal) who delivered my food didn?t read off the whole order, seemed annoyed, and just dropped the food and left withoutsaying anything else. She?s the one that looks and acts like Joi from the movie Friday. She wasn?t friendly with her coworkerseither. She throws off a lot of hostility towards them. No one needs her negative vibes. Have come here for years & always had a good experience. I?m currently pregnant & have cravings to which my husband goes to... Sonic a lot for me. Last two times the carhop (the receipt says her name is Israel?) has been extremely rude. Both times.Understanding how horrible customers can be these days we always try to be patient & polite to servers & fast food workers.However, Israel has made it obvious she either hates her job or hates interacting with customers. She comes off annoyed, doesn?tsay a word & rolls her eyes anytime we ask for more sauce or even just say ?Have a nice day?. Being our second time dealing withthis rude person, we won?t be coming back but I definitely will be filling out this survey at the bottom of the receipt. Read more
