First of all, it's mainly a drive-in. It's kind of unfair to judge it's atmosphere when you don't have much interaction with... staff. Or dining room to sit in. The service was first rate. My big disappointment is how they've gotten to where they don't putmuch chili on the chili cheese Coney anymore. I stopped buying them because of this. The manager is incompetent and can't seem to understand simple numbers. I gave him my phone number to call me back after an... interview and he wrote my phone number down wrong three times i had to practically hold his hand and walk him through theprocess of writing down my simple phone number. I don't know how he runs a business and gets orders right if he can't even writedown 10 numbers down right. I wouldn't go here for anything, management is way to incompetent. Read more

Awesome service. The waitress was kind and happy. They made a mistake on the order and had to return to correct it. But they... didn't argue and it was on the receipt. They fixed and we dipped out. Thanks sonic! Read more
Screwed up my sandwich, then tried to refuse to replace it because I had taken several bites to see if I had somehow missed the... bacon. Manager was incredibly rude and rolled her eyes at me, obviously just trying to escape responsibility for messing up avery very simple order.
