If I could give 0 I would! My services were turned down because I am a DoorDasher! I was told because I was a dasher I could not... order my own food. Apparently this is a policy that they cannot serve dashers! This is the ONLY Sonic that does that! Doordashneeds to look into this or take them off of their route! This is the worst sonic in the valley. I've gone multiple times because it's so close to my house, but I give up now. The... service is always very slow. Last night I sat in the drive through waiting for someone to address me and take my order for atleast five minutes. I called out hello and got no response. They weren't busy, there was only a few cars in the lot. EventuallyI drove off. Every time I go it's been a very long wait. And worse than that, almost every time we go at least one of our itemsis wrong, like not putting in addins. And one time we went the shakes weren't mixed correctly and there was thick, bittertasting goo at the bottom that was inedible. Anyway. Worst sonic in the valley. I ordered a blue raspberry slush with nerd candy the other night and this is what I got. It is missing the blue rasberry and... there are a few pieces of nerd candy. I'm not sure who working there thinks this is acceptable to give a customer a drink thathas nothing they ordered in it, but they do and have. This isn't the first time this has happened with my drinks there. Theydon't listen or seem to care if you try and say anything. Almost as if you are inconveniencing them by wanting your order donecorrectly and how dare you say anything if it isn't correct. It's disappointing because this location wasn't always like this. We watched two customers come and go and they were after us so we sat in the heat yesterday which was 111 out. I usually only go to sonic for ice cream and their blasts specifically, and not once have I had my blast have candy throughout.... It's always like 1 or 2 spoonfuls on top then it's just ice cream. Wouldn't reccomend if you want good ice cream to go here. Read more
On a scale of 1 out of 10 I'll give it a 2 because my milk shake came with dirt apparently looks like someone dropped it on the... floor and picked it up and put it back on the cup.I ordered a strawberry milk shake not a frozen ice cream. The popcorn chickendidn't even taste like chicken it tasted like a corn dog that has been frozen for months taken out and microwaved it. This is my 3 time going to this location and y'all can't seem to take orders correctly. I love y'all's Strawberry limeades but... time after time y'all can't seem to make a true Strawberry limeades correctly. Y'all make me a cup of ice with a splash limeadenot a Strawberry limeade????. We placed and order at around 8:20 or so and we didn't place a big order we got a #6 chilli cheese dog with tots and a Dr pepper... and a large tot we sat for about 15 minutes and pressed the button again to ask about our order and we were told it should beout shortly so we waited another like 15-20 minutes and pressed the button again to check up on our order again and at thispoint I was irritated because we got told yet again it should be out soon and we had already been waiting for awhile so as wetried to explain to the lady we were talking to that we've been waiting awhile for our food she started yelling saying that shehas other customers and and that there short staffed which I understand that we just wanted out food that we ordered almost anhour ago.
