The last couple of times we?ve picked up from this Sonic, we?ve been disappointed. This time, our drinks were half filled, our... bacon burger was missing bacon, none of the sauces we ordered were included, and the whipped cream on my milkshake that wasexplicitly ordered was missing. The last visit had similar problems but added that the person taking my order kept adding itemsthat I did not ask for, and was confused when I asked them to take them off. Read more

Sonic is awesome, and this my closest location. Service is normally quick and food/drinks are as advertised. Onion rings are... the best in the fast food business IMO. Read more
Sonic off 51st Ave just south of Baseline has really gone down hill. From some of the servers having an attitude if something is... wrong with your order, which has been a regular occurrence. As far as Sonic has always mention their food is fresh and made toorder. Well the past few times we have went they have gotten our entire order wrong, from something as basic as a plaincheeseburger request - yet they end up putting everything on the cheeseburger. Which makes me assume they have some of theiritems on the menu that are premade and kept on the warmer. It also seems that they double dip their onion rings in the frywr toreheat them because they pre-made them. So when they do this the onion rings are dripping in greese and very hard, nothing likethey used to be! Also it's pretty nasty when one orders a burger that has lettuce and the lettuce is so wilted and warm as ifhas been sitting there. Anywhere else that I have ordered a burger and it has lettuce, the lettuce is still chilled when I openit because it was made when I ordered. Also I don't know if something is wrong with their ice machine. Because one used to beable to buy a bag of Sonic ice and now they always say their machine is only making enough ice for drinks that are ordered. Wellif the ice machine can't keep up with making ice, one would think they would have it checked or replaced. Especially that thisSonic has been at this location for probably 13yrs. Did not get exactly what we ordered, missing food. Burger looked as if it was thrown on the floor n wrapped. Footlong chili dog... was not so hot. Have had better service at the Tolleson location n 67th ave location. Hope laveens location gets better. Read more
Today is 4/24/2021, 3:50 P.M.. I just left Sonic (Laveen) and im so disappointed with the food quality that they are serving at... this store. I will let the pictures do the talking... burned onion ring and unmixed slushes. What other shorcuts are theytaking? This is definately a management issue for allowing the employees to served food that is not prepare to Sonic qualitystandard. All I can say is if you buy from here check your food before you leave. Unfortunately, i pay cash and they didnt giveme a receipt... but they did accepted my tip. I wish I could give them zero stars!!! 4/26/2021, Thank you for reaching out tome. ThisSonic store has been here before many other fastfood places in the area and all I want is for Sonic to remain here and in orderto do that they have to stay consistent and go back to the basic of providing quality food. Was craving a footlong Coney and tater tots so came to Sonics and my order came out promptly and tasted delicious. The young gal... who delivered our food was friendly and wore her face mask. She made sure we had everything we needed like straws and ketchupwhich was appreciated. Although they were busy it didnt take long to be served. Great job!! Read more
The people working the drive thru here always sound so aggressive when asking for your order. You would think they had a hundred... cars lined up waiting. Food is always good though. Who doesn?t like Sonic? Read more
