Reviews for Snooze, an A.M. Eatery in Phoenix, AZ
Great looks but that's about it. Food: Menu has some great looking dishes on it and we tried several. Flavor wise kinda fell... flat. Out of all 4 of the dishes it was the side dishes of bacon flight and side of chorizo that actually had Flavor. Mostlooked really good but were just bland or eh on Flavor. Staff: friendly but way more busy socializing at the register as thenserving. Never got refills or asked, I asked for a syrup cup from 2 people, took about 10 minutes to get it. We waited 15minutes after every one was do e and needed to flag someone down for the check. Crowd wad medium. Sized but all of the staffwere just hanging out so no excuses of busy. Location: great spot parking may be difficult when you get there. Finalrecommendation: skip, there are better experiences in The area Read more
Food was great! Service/ticket times were also really good (while the place was busy). Prices were decent for what we ordered.... The only down side is parking as all the parking we could see had to be paid for unless you want to walk in AZ heat. Will bereturning for sure though! Read more
One breakfast place that you have to visit. The wait is long and the food takes a while to arrive but it is worth it. The shrimp... and grits are full of flavor and great way to stay your breakfast . The bacon sensation is a different take on a BLT with theperfect amount of bacon and light bun. The portion sizes aren't huge but they will fill you up and you'll leave happy. Thedrinks are great tasting and you don't taste the alcohol at all in them. Read more
Delicious! So flavorful! Staff was very friendly and attentive and seemed happy to be there. Great ambience. Music in the... background but not so loud you can?t hear each other speak. Also had the vanilla honey matcha latte and and a margarita. I willdefinitely be coming back. Read more
Came in for breakfast on my way home from airport. Thankfully, it was a weekday. No crowds. Sat at bar and immediately felt... welcomed. I ordered a simple dish: bacon, eggs, toast, hash browns and a coffee. Great powerful flavors on bacon. Coffee wassmooth. Quick service. I?m glad I don?t have to drive all the way to the East valley to eat here?much closer. Great spot! Read more
had breakfast over the weekend. there were 6 of us and we were seated right away. the staff were all friendly and professional.... they gave great recommendations for us and our coffee was filled multiple times. the shrimp and grits were enjoyed by myself, and my wife had the breakfast pot pie. the shrimp was cooked to perfection. the grits were smooth and tasty: though they werenot very "Cheesy". overall everyone was very happy with our experience at Snooze. The food options were great; lots of variety and inclusive for people with different diets. the interior is beautiful. the... prices are reasonable considering the quality of food; I suggest bringing about $30-$40 with you to eat comfortably. there isalways a wait, so I suggest coming in early to be put on the list and find something to do around downtown as you wait. thewaiters are great! they help you decide when you?re a bit indecisive. the interior does have two floors so, if you have apreference, be sure to let the hostess know beforehand.
