I work at a dealership that is right up the road from smashers eats and let me tell you how absolutely delicious their food is.... Everything is made from scratch including the barbecue sauce. And the nice lady who is the owner now has chocolate chip cookiesbake from scratch and let me tell you how amazing they are. If you’re on the north side of town definitely stop here. I have some serious questions for this place. Why do the hamburgers taste so good? Why is your menu kid friendly? Why is... everyone who works there so nice? This place has been on our list of places to try for a while but haven't had the time to go. We finally went for our sons first... birthday and so glad we finally went. The food was AMAZING! I had the MOS burger with garlic Parmesan loaded fries, my husbandhad the Maui Wowi burger with BBQ loaded fries, and my son had the kids Mac n cheese. The burgers were juicy and tasted so good.We practically devoured them. The Parmesan fries were not too garlicky but had a good amount of cheese to them and the friesitself were perfectly crispy, in my opinion. My son ate a good chunk of the Mac n cheese barely throwing any on the ground. He'susually a finicky eater but not last night. We got an Oreo milkshake to celebrate our birthday boy with and that was alsodelicious. The service was also phenomenal. We were the only ones there and didn't realize that it was an hour before closingwhen we arrived, but the staff didn't make us feel rushed or anything. Wow..... Really great find! The Chili Cheeseburger was really great! Very flavorful with just the right spice level! Large... enough to split (or leftover lunch for tomorrow ????). The homemade fries were also amazing. Nice texture and seasoned well! Quite impressed! Read more
Excellent food, staff and atmosphere. Such great food. Husband had the Pastrami sandwich, with coleslaw. I had the Grilled... Turkey and cheese on sourdoug with French fries.. Did I mention how good it was? French fries were delicious. They make theirown. We also split a house salad and their ranch dressing is spot on. Will definitely eat their again and again???? Super delicious!! 1st timer I had their cheese burger (big and juicy!) French fries(hot, crispy and well seasoned) and the... chicken bacon salad that came with freshly made chopped bacon!! I've never had fresh bacon on a salad before! I'm from Avondaleand will definitely come back! Super sweet staff( patient and friendly) My fork fell on the floor and a male staff memberimmediately came to replace it without me aaking(I was too busy enjoying my meal lol) Read more
