Great food!! I always have the Shackburger, The beef has no hormones or antibiotics! Everything tasted great. But note that the... burger are small and cost about $8 each! The fries are always fresh and you have a variety of choices for drinks, from lemonadeto sodas to shakes ???????????? plus if you are in a rush you can take everything to go! Read more

As we were waiting behind another customer as he was ordering there were 4 people behind the grill, three of which were loudly... arguing/refusing/complaining that they don't want to help customers (go to another register). One woman, very tall Caucasianwoman, finally slowly walked up to another registered and asked to take our order then promptly began talking to anotheremployee while we waited for her to actually take our order. I ordered a strawberry shake, she said "we don't have any shakes,we have half hour til close". They were all talking to one another loudly about other than work related topics. Really just adisappointing experience all around. How do you have a shake shack that closes the shake machine down even one minute beforeclosing. Also after we sat down at our terminal we saw the same woman as mentioned above, tell half the people I'm line, sorry,we're closed, she simply put a string gate in in front of them, after they'd already been standing there waiting. Shake shack at Phoenix Airport has incredible chicken burgers. I added tomato, it was so yummy!

Had the fries. Offering a fairly typical Shake Shack menu, expect to find what you would usually find. The fries were just... fine and were fresh. Prices a little on the high side, however it is an airport. Queue moved fairly quickly and the staff werefriendly. Good experience all round. Read more

I ordered the hamburger with my own toppings and fries. Apparently Shake Shack is know for its cheeseburgers. Although I waited... a bit longer, the burger was juicy, fresh and good to the last bite. Fries were golden brown and crispy. I ate the fries withshakes sauce+hot sauce mixed. I didn?t get all the toppings I asked for, but still enjoyed it. Read more

Fast great tasting diner burger in terminal 3. It was made fast and tastes great. Price is not bad for an airport too!
