Shake shack is yummy yummy in my tummy tummy. I would highly recommend! Burgers and nuggets are really good too. Forgot to take... pictures because it looked so good I ate it too fast! So just imagine it being that good. Get a shake, get a burger, get someyummy fries and then take a nap because you will be fulfilled after! Read more

Convenient Central Phoenix location on corner of Central & Camelback Road. This spot is great for families, friend groups &... even kiddos out on their bikes for a meet & greet with fries & sodas. Burgers were perfectly made & tasty. Fries were crispycrinkle cut & there were plenty of them in one order. They offer a variety of shakes, made with custard which were very rich &delicious. Ordered a Rootbeer float, also made with vanilla custard, which was perfect. Note: Custard in lieu of ice cream isserved here in their shakes & floats which is rich & sweet. Cashier, Yani, was so friendly & even brought us a small spoon offrozen custard to decide if it was 'like ice-cream' to see if we wanted it in our shake.....Did we like it? YES! Very rich &tasty. Got to give this fun place 5-stars for food and friendliness. Read more

Fabulously greasy burgers, fries, shakes served by sullen, discourteous, but competent staff. Everything is wonderfully greasy... (tastes like the most delicious early grave). Everything glistens w/liquid joy (fat) - burgers, fries, trays, wrappers, napkins, people?s hands/clothes? mmmm?. More expensive than Smash, etc, but definitely as good or better. Only downer isstaff. Service was accurate and not slow - but interactions were definitely unwelcoming. Cashier was impatient and focusedsquarely on pushing folks faster (oddly, with no line) - but of course she remembered to prompt you to fill in a tip. Pickingup from the window, sullen teen proceeded to gruffly tell me to ?put it in there? when i tried to hand her the pager (definitelythe what?s-wrong-w-you-don?t-you-where-that-goes? look and tone. Probably a sign of the times. Overall, it was a bad overallexperience for the $, but a good food experience for sure. So many strong burger options nearby, I don?t see myself returning -especially as the downturn starts sorting the wheat from the chaff in the service industries. Read more

For the last 2 weekends, I've been in burger heaven. I live in the West Valley so I was excited to find a burger place that was... not a big chain restaurant all over the valley. At first bite, I questioned if I was eating real meat. It's real meat! Thisplace did not disappoint. The burger (shack burger) and fries (cheese fries) were made to order and fresh. The restaurant itselfwas clean and the decor was nice. I will say if you are tall, watch the metal foot under the table. It hurts like hell. Althoughit wasn't super busy, the customer service was great. I noticed that my husband was given a nickname for his order. I thoughtthat was super cool. See picture. All in all, great experience and when we are in the area again, we will definitely be back. Read more

This was my first time having shake shack and I am impressed. The burgers are really amazing. I didn?t get a shake but next time... I will be having their shakes and a burger. It was very filling and quick service. They had our order correct and we enjoyed thefries and cheese. Higher end burger but worth it and they serve wine and other adult drinks. Read more
