I went here for a mid-afternoon lunch, by the time I got here around 1pm it was pretty quiet, people finishing up their... meals. I ordered a grilled cheese (cheddar/sourdough) with fries, it also came with coleslaw and pickles. It was delicious anda great value for the quality. Placed a pick up order and the guy on the phone was extremely nice. Sandwich combos seemed a bit pricey initially, but the... servings were huge and justified the price. Sandwiches were stacked high with meat. Fries tasted great, coleslaw was creamy.Chessecake slice was decently cheap, so I expected a small slice but it easily provided a decent slice for two people, plus waseasily the highlight of the meal and a reason to come back for that alone. Oh my goodness.... this deli is THE BEST. We cannot thank them enough for spoiling our 200 volunteers with lunch so they could... spoil Arizona's foster kids. Ohhhs and Ahhhs were had by all as they enjoyed wraps and sandwiches.... but the moment they triedthe dessert it was just over. Food was excellent as was service. I had the Patty melt and Jim had a Reuban. Both were delicious, meats excellent. I used a... Groupon btw. The bread stayed toasted (some places have sogginess by the time it gets to your table). The fries were crispexterior with soft centers, perfect. Read more

This is the best Deli in Phoenix! "Scott's Generations" looking at the sign (only long-time locals would know that it is a... restaurant). The Generous bagel and lox platter and the incredibly delicious tender and piled-high James Cagney sandwich arejust two of my favorites. Of course, the bagels! This is an excellent spot with the best attentive staff. Amazing! Read more
