Terrible customer service today. I grew up in my current same neighborhood. My family and I have been coming to this location... for over 20 years. The quality has gone down and the prices have gone up. But for nostalgia and closeness I still occasionallychoose them. But today has effected that choice. This will now be my third issue in a row with my orders of values over $60. My20 traditional sauced wings came to us bone dry. I called with in minutes of receiving my food and was offered for sauce to bebrought back to my house. Okay perfect - I?m less than 3 minutes away no problem. Over 20 minutes later I call back to check onmy sauce that has not arrived for my now cold wings. I am told that ?I?m not in the car with the driver I don?t know how long ittakes to get back from your house ma?am, there?s nothing I can do for you.? I ask for new wings and mention that the pizza wasalso not made well - crust was old tasting and also basically sauceless. Our order had the value of $75. I was berated for beingunreasonable before being told new wings could be delivered only if I gave back the old wings. When I argued this unsanitarypetty practice that feeds food waste, since they can not/should not be reusing this food, I was told more how there was no way Iwould be keeping this food if I wanted new food. New food that is being requested because my order was not done correctly andtheir estimated wait time was excessive for what could have been a simple solution. The last time this happened I was offerednew wings immediately with no hassle and that customer service is what kept me coming back. But I have been talked down to, liedto by a second manager that I had an option of a refund instead - that was never given, received subpar food and service, andwaited a total of 90+ minutes before giving up with only slightly more sauced wings than I had to begin with? I LOVE Sardella's ??!! Today, I wanted to celebrate the start of football season with some pizza and wings, so I took... advantage of the timely pizza and wings special! I came on here to write a review about how the one on lake pleasant makes this one look like they aren't the same company but... someone beat me to it. They were obviously overwhelmed which isn't an issue but they kept telling me that my order was beingdelivered up until the point that they closed and now I got nothing and can'tcall anybody. Luckily I paid through uber and theytook care of it. Read more
Great pizza! The chicken parmesan was not so great. The breading & sauce were tasty, but the meat was tough and the noodles were... too soft. But every pizza I have bought from them really is worth it! Read more

Update: Tonight, we decided to give it another chance, and this time, they did excellent! The pizza was perfect and delicious &... the wings couldn?t have been better! The manager addressed our previous issues, and was very helpful in resolving them beyond mysatisfaction. I?m really glad we gave them another chance. Just goes to show that anyone can have an off day, but more oftenthan not, Sardellas always provides a very high quality product and they have earned our business. Looking forward to our nextvisit! We ordered take out and our cinnamon bread was delicious but were disappointed with how the pizza came out. The chicken tasted... old, like it had been in the fridge too long. We usually order from another Sardella?s and it?s the first time experiencing thisat any of their locations. Read more
