Most of the bad reviews here are very similar. Good food, but bad customer service. And "THAT" could not be further from the... truth. I love the food here, but the customer service really stinks. The guy in the front who normally is at the cashier has anattitude of what the F do you want? He takes the orders wrong, lies when questioned about the food order and dislikes givingextra sauce when asked. The food and the cook in the back get five stars, but this guy makes it a 2. Providing good customerservice brings customers back. I hope the owners are reading these reviews. Read more
Ordered a "Large" veggie bowl with half rice half noodles and spicy teriyaki sauce.. It was $13. Overpriced and wasnt a lot of... food for that price. The taste was decent , noodles were somewhat cold, doubt ill return. Read more
This place has gone down in the last year. Poor customer service. The guy at the register doesn't really want to be there and... lately all you get cold food with lots of attitude. I keep going back thinking it will be better. Nope!!! Read more
Never been here before. First time here and last. First and most important, TERRIBLE customer service. I ordered a chicken... breast teriyaki bowl with noodles, sauce on the side. They still put the sauce in there and it was overwhelmingly sweet. The eggroll it’s almost $3, not worth the price. Read more
Very noticeable that the crew has changed here and it has affected your food quality and customer service. I've been coming here... for years atleast twice a week. Will no longer after the quality of the food the last three times. Read more
Really enjoyed this bowl. Dark chicken with more veggies than rice. Perfect level of sauce. The egg roll and drink combo was... just what I needed today. Thank you for a very enjoyable meal. Read more
I discovered this place by purchasing a dining advantage food certificate. I didn't expect it to be hidden in the cut, it's a... great place for local business men and woman. The customer service was great, and the restaurant was nice and clean. It didn'ttake long for my food to come out, seemed pretty fresh and hot! The taste of the chicken alone was soooo yummy! I added extrateriyaki sauce to the chicken and rice and I like the fact it's free. Some places I've gone to requires a fee for extrasauce. Good food, nice staff, clean establishment...Happy Customer! The worst Samurai Sam's I've ever had, I would never try this location ever again, the veggies and shrimp were mostly raw, they... didn't have any dark chicken and the chicken breast tasted off. To top it off the staff was standoffish and the atmosphere justfelt gross. If the bowl wasn't over $10 for the meal, I would have just tossed it, on the plus side hopefully it was healthiereating the veggies raw, just not what I've come to expect from Samurai Sam, try any other location Read more
