I was excited to check this place out, unfortunately I was disappointed. The food was just ok, reminded me of my frozen ones at... home. The price is expensive so I would expect better quality. Example I paid just for me $18. That was for a regular size bowl,small drink, crab puff. Read more
I used to love this place in high school back in Colorado. I moved here a couple years ago and discovered they had one here.... Finally tried it and the quality is nowhere as close to what I used to get. The Yaki soba noodles came straight out of theboiling pot and was sitting limp and soggy in it?s own noodle slime. The noodles I used to have in comparison would bestir-fried in a wok so they had some texture and so did the veggies. My veggies just tasted steamed. Husband tried their KoreanBBQ chicken and again just had a steamed quality rather than a BBQ quality. He was so disappointed and we paid the same price asa restaurant meal. The kids meals are disgusting, and I literally threw the food away and went somewhere else. Overcooked cheap ramen with sauce... poured on it is not teriyaki and yakisoba. Will NOT be coming here again. Very small dining area. Read more
Would not recommend. I woyld have given 0 stars if optuon. First the waith was freking riducouls then when we finally got our... food I did not get the right order and the noodles were not cooked all the way through and the chicken was hard and flavorless.This poor laDy that has been waiting for an hour there she finally got her food then found that there was multiple hairs in herchicken. She went up to the front and told them super politly and they told her," Sorry there is nothing we can do." I felt sobad for her. My sister did not even get chicken. Do not reccomend. Read more
My husband loves Samurai Sam's. He always gets a steak bowl with spicy sauce. I stopped to grab him some takeout on my way... home. Their bowls are always great and their service is almost always spot on. However, we need to learn the differencebetween seared and burned. I ordered two orders of potstickers. They only had enough for 1 order so they offered me asubstitute or a refund. I decided just to get an egg roll and a drink instead. After 1 bite of the eggroll I couldnt evenbelieve they served it. It was not just extra crispy, it was burnt. Same went for the potstickers. They were seared in spotsthen charred and burned in others. It ruins the flavor bc their potstickers are very tasty.
