Salads are fairly good, but sometimes the lettuce leaves are wet and gross and I have to pick those out! Secondly, when you... order a specific salad off the menu, they typically come with two types of lettuce, but if you only ask for one type of lettuceand not the other, (which usually comes with both in the salad) they will give you less salad, so you get almost an empty bowlevery time! They should provide you with the same amount of salad, but give you the salad of your choice! The customer shouldn'thave to ask for extra salad of the kind of lettuce you want. This location is the only one that does that, and I have gone to alot of locations and order the same thing. Please work on adding more salad to the bowl, even if its the alternate lettuceleaves a customer requests. Thank you. Read more
The location at 35th and Peoria used to be amazing. Now every time we go there our order is never right. They deal with customer... complaints efficiently but I won't waste my time and gas going there anymore. Read more
My husband and I wanted some Salad and Go. We were on our way back from 4-wheeling and we had the trailer attached to the truck.... We couldn?t make it through their drive thru. We went up to the window and all the guy did was point to the sign and kept sayingthe walk-up window closes at 7. Well yeah, we understand that. But we came in a vehicle, we just wouldn?t be able to fit. Itried talking to him and he just kept saying ?sorry I can?t hear you,? but I could hear HIM just fine. We pointed to the truckand I asked him if we could literally walk through the drive thru and order that way and he told us no. Absolutely zero customerservice skills. Read more

Went to the one on 35th and Peoria because of convenience - usually go to the one on Higley and Brown. First of all I ordered... the Buffalo Chicken Wrap - which I always get in Mesa - this wrap was the sloppiest wrap made. I didn't bite into any chickentill I found it at the bottom end of the wrap. You need to to mix the salad and spread it evenly into wrap so we are not bitingdry lettuce and croutons for first half of wrap. Too dry in the beginning and messy at the end...come on now you can do betterthan that or do you want lose customers? Read more
Quick tasty salads at a good price. Glad they opened a couple closer to home lately. Makes picking one up much easier and more... frequent. Wish the dressings weren't all vinegarettes, blue cheese dressing is not supposed to be vinegar based. Still prettygood but cobb salad would be much better with a non vinegarette dressing. Fairly large drinks for $1, lemonades and teas, evena frozen lemonade. Read more
