Found a dead moth in my salad!! Absolutely disgusting and so disappointed. I will never eat at salad and go again.
EDIT: After communicating with corporate or whatever manager, this place has greatly improved the last few months. I was never... mad at the workers, they were always nice, but now my order is right every time, good food. Go here at least twice a week, everyweek, solid. Commitment to improvement really shows. Good job guys! Absolutely LOVE Salad & Go. This location is subpar.Biggest reason for this review is constantly missing any slight order modification. 6 out of 7 last orders were wrong. I appreciate that his location took care of me when they accidentally gave me the wrong wrap. I?m a vegetarian and I got bacon... in my wrap, and although it says it?s in it I couldn?t see it and they just took care of me. I wouldn?t have eaten the otherwrap, so I appreciate that they took care of me. Also not to mention the line is super fast, and everyone is beyond friendly.Can?t express enough how much I appreciate the service today, because I hate complaining especially about how the world is now.I?m thankful! Usually always come to this location over the one closer to my house but after today I will not. I only ordered a drink. Get to... the window hand the lady $2 for my $1.35 drink. She says thanks. I'm sitting in my car waiting for my change. She replies oh didyou want your change? Yes I do. Seriously I know you get tips but to just assume I was giving you my change. Ordered 1 salad and 1 drink at 5pm mobile order. It says order will not be ready until 535pm. 1st of all it don?t take 35 mins... to make a salad. Your not even cooking anything. I get there at 525pm. Of course it?s not ready yet so I had to sit and wait.The white truck was at the end of the line by the time I got my order he was already paying at the window!! On mobile you canonly add 2 extra toppings that?s so dumb! I see why no one is ever in the mobile order line it?s a COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!!!!AND YOU DONT GET EXTRA TOPPINGS BUT 2!!!!!
