Before I call this place terrible rhere was a plus...the bar drinks were really good like really good. Strong how I like them... and full flavored. Still however this did not compliment how the food was prepared. My wife ordered stuffed mushrooms and itcame out very watery. Not too appealing nor good when the pasta is saturated with liquidity watery soupy stuff. Idk it was justbad. So she ordered a second dish just the spaggetti and meatball dish with meat sauce. First and foremost there was no tomatosauce not hardly there at all. Secondly it was really bland. So the weird thing is this. Out waitress knew it was band she saidmost people like bland food. Not sure where these people are and how they eat but its probably not here. The place was emptymaybe 2 tables plus ours on a sat. Night.i ended up ordering the pasta with chicken and sundried tomatoes. It was undercooked.asfar as the pasta. Was sticky but I ate it cause I was hungry. Nvr will go here again apparently also they have new cooks andthey aren't being taught properly how to cook. Not hard guys...use flour to thicken stuff up. Its a simple ingredient lol.Anyway...the drinks and service was only reason I did a 2. Also....whats with the paper straws? It does add a unwelcome flavorto drinks. Just saying...I prefer my drinks without the paper aftertaste and the glues to bind them. The manager made thingsright with my wife and myself. We had a free dinner on him and the meals were actually really good a lot better than theprevious ones. Not sure if he cooked them himself but it was defiantly a lot better. We have gone here every year for my youngest sisters birthday. Well when we tried to make a reservation for 12 we should have... known we were going to have issues. They couldn't take it without the catering managers permission. This was literally afterdays of calling and no one answering the phone. When we got there the table wasn't ready. It was ridiculously hot and then satus next to kitchen. Come to find out the ac wasn't working at all ! we were literally the only table and the kitchen messed upmy husband's order. In front of us the manager started to berate the waitress and question her on messing it up and then whenshe was shown the ticket never apologized. It started to get busier and 4 other servers walking around d but kept seating ourserver who was visibly in the weeds and seating her all over the restaurant. The food wasn't good not even worth taking home.The manager went and got a fan for the private event and nothing for anywhere else in the building. The kitchen againessed upthe desert orders and we were done. The manager gave us incredibly found looms and slammed plates on our table and made negativecomments towards the waitress in earshot. Totally unprofessional and not needed. The waitress was great given she had no supportfrom her leadership. I'm surprised this place is still even in business. Read more
Awesome fresh flavorful food . We split the BIB@BLu salad and the salmon dish. We got there around 4:30 so the place was... practically deserted, which was ok with us. The only problem was they only had one waitress. She was tending the bar so sheneeded to seat us in the bar area. Other than that, everything was great. Read more
Took my BF here for his birthday. He had never been. He got steak, I had the shrimp and pasta dish. Appetizers was the fried... lasagna. It was all delicious. The young lady who helped us was so kind. She even gave him a slice of Tiramisu to go, for hisbirthday. When he ate it at home, he loved it. While we chatted with the young lady, she said this was the only restaurant here.I was surprised as I have been to others in the past. I am hopeful they will expand one day. Read more
Good service and food. I was a little disappointed the tortellini were huge because they only give you 5 and when you can count... how many there are out feels like you're getting less. But left full. I went off menu and just tortellini with just alfredo andthey were very accommodating. Read more
I was very disappointed with the service you received. We got there about an hour and a half before closing. They were hardly... any customers in the restaurant but we still waited over 20 minutes to be seated. Our waiter was not friendly. When you broughtour Waters to the table there was something floating in it. I brought this issue to our waiter's attention. I understand it wasalmost time for the workers to clean up and go home, but customers should always be treated the same from the moment therestaurant opens until they close. He took the water away with an attitude. The only good part of our evening was our entreeswere delicious. I have been to macaroni Grill many times in the past. This was the first time that I felt uncomfortable. Iseriously have to think about wanting to return to this establishment. Read more
Went for my birthday dinner. The bread is delicious and tiramisu was scrumptious. I order the Mama Trio which is 22$ and a glass... of wine for 8$. Overall the service was good. Its beautiful atmosphere. My waitress Maria was very attentive. I would come backagain. Food was fresh . Read more
