The service and fries were amazing as well as the honey mustard poppyseed dressing. The burgers however, were deliciously juicy,... but lacked seasoning. They were good for the value. I love the lettuce wrapped option, it helps me to reduce my carb intake andthe endless salad option was amazing. Read more

Twenty minute wait for a table, they said. It's lunchtime and we're not in a hurry and I appreciate the honesty. Was a little... quicker than that.. My avocado chicken sandwich was perfect and the garlic fries outstanding. My companion was brought aburger that wasn't ordered. Alex the manager came over and asked for the opportunity to make it right, and boy, did they! Great food, good attitudes, positive staff. Will definitely go back again! Thank you Alex and staff, you did a great job! Read more

At least in food service, the labor shortage is real. It?s like a Red Robin - just understaffed, undertrained. Huge E for... Effort (minus eeyore the food runner). Restaurant was 30-40% full and staff were kinda running around like headless chickens(like it was a mad rush), but it?s like more than half of them were learning how to work in a restaurant. Nothing terrible. Nothing notably good. Fine overall, but given the cost, it makes it feel like a poor value. Showed up about 5:30 for an earlydinner on a Saturday (kiddos activities landed funny). Walked into to an empty, unstaffed lobby. Pleasant hostess appearedafter a minute. Surprised when told it was a 15 minute wait (must have landed between shifts). About 3 minutes after gettingseated, our server (pleasant and earnest) came by to take drink orders and before the drinks arrived (different runner), cameback to take food order - really that was just the general feel of the meal - pleasant, but rushed. About 30 sec afterreceiving drinks, a manager zoomed by and dropped off what she said was a refill of fries (and was gone before we could absorband explain our food had just been ordered and that these were probably for someone else). Sorry fry guy. We had twomilkshakes among our order, but they did not arrive until about 5 minutes after food. Bummer. Burgers were solid. Fries werefries (with one or two undercooked surprises). Fish & chips fish was unusually greasy (like glistening). It was well, fine. Read more

Did not enjoy the experience. Food was below average. The cheese on the Loaded Fries seemed like it came out of the bag and... didn't have time to melt. One of the burgers ordered wasn't cooked and the mushrooms were cold and rubber. The fries weren'tcooked, too soft and bendable. Disappointed in food service. Read more

Food is good for a night out with friends and family but nothing fancy. Terrible service the last time I visited. Had to ask for... silverware and napkins. Waited 15 minutes just for a drink order and wasnt even checked on. Had to flag servers down. While thestaff were busy, it was not the worst it's ever been and I've seen employees handle large intakes of customers far better thanthis. If the next few times I go their staff is better I will update this review. On the FOOD side of things the burger isnothing special. Medium quality meat but the seasoning is well worth coupled with the thick cut fries. Read more

Ordered the southern burger and mud pie. Both were excellent. I?ve definitely had better burgers and better ice cream pies but... I can?t complain the food was satisfying and service was fast. And they offered a military discount for our parents which wasnice. Also the prickly pear lemonade was definitely worth it and bottomless which was an unusual surprise. Most specialtydrinks are not unlimited refills. Even the root beer floats were bottomless. Read more

Been to a few Red Robins in the past. They are usually okay. We stopped in at a off time, 3pm. Service was very pleasant and... attentive. The food was just marginal. This whole "endless sides" thing has little value. Our fries were dense, cold, and greasy- not fresh. It was a typical unpredictable chain experience. I've had better from fast food chains. Read more
