Why would you put a new person on the speaker at drive thru at lunch time? The busiest time for your restaurant. Frustrating for... the customer and I?m sure employee!! We had the best time! My son wanted to go for his birthday dinner so we took some of his friends and made it a mini party! The... other kids left saying they wanted their birthday there too! This place is really hopping when I went in. There was lots of staff and they were very friendly and very helpful. The food came... out quick. The food was delicious and the place was very clean. I don't even think they've had their grand opening yet andthey're already hopping. That's awesome. And nice to have a cane's in the neighborhood now. Read more

I was so excited that a new Raising Canes had opened closer to my house. First I noticed the cost of how much it is now, but I... didn?t let that get me too bad because I know inflation is affecting everyone. I ordered two meals and extra 2 extra canes sauceper meal. My drink orders were both wrong. No extra canes sauce that I paid for. The chicken tenders were very small compared toother locations, and dry. For what you pay for the meals, I?d at least expect better service. Read more
