I've been a huge fan over the years, but quality at all Raising Cane's has gone down over the past couple years. This photo is... one of the three pieces. Notice how it's about the size of my thumb. Also notice how it's mostly crispy fat, not actual chicken. The other two pieces were only slightly better. You're losing me... Lots of other options out there... Corporate should stopcutting corners and get back to LARGE and TENDER pieces. Read more

Raising Cane's is definitely a favorite! We just happened across this restaurant a few months ago and both, my husband and I,... instantly fell in love. Their chicken fingers are the best. There is just the right amount of breading on the chicken. Most ofthe time when I get chicken fingers elsewhere I find that they consist of half breading, half dry chicken. These are 99.8%juicy, yummy chicken and .2% breading. I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you are looking for chicken fingers.Don't forget to try it with their delicious Canes Sauce. This sauce adds to the flavor of the chicken rather than cover it, Ilove the stuff! Read more

Haven't dined here for a while being one is not near where I live and work. It is still great as always and fast. Ordered my... usual Box Combo, minus cole slaw extra dipping sauce. Read more

I've never been a fan of Raising Cane's chicken fingers, although I've never been able to pin down why. My two companions both... love them, so I gave in. A four finger meal is very close to $10 after tax. Can't afford that every day for chicken fingers! That did include an entire meal: fingers, a small cole slaw, slice of very dry Texas toast, crinkle cut fries, a drink, and 2ozof their chicken finger sauce. The only highlight for me was the Cole slaw, in fact we all loved it. Other than that, meh. Read more

I went to the one on E Thomas Road. Usually, they have lots of customers at the drove thru (the waiting line was even on the... street every day). I was so curious about their food and see why they are so popular. However, I don?t want to wait too long inline. On a Saturday evening last month (1/29/2022), I finished shopping and drove by this restaurant. I saw that there was ashort waiting line at the drove thru. I thought it was a good opportunity to try their food. While I was waiting in line in mycar, there was an employee holding a tablet and he was walking around to talk to people inside the cars in the waiting line.Obviously, he was helping people to order the food. I don?t know why they are doing this way. I haven?t seen the menu yet and Idid not know what to order. Thus, I pulled out my phone to check their menu online. While the webpage was still loading, thisemployee came to me and asked me what to order. I told him that I haven?t been here before, and I didn?t know what to order. Hetold me that they have fried chicken and sandwich, in a combo or not. There were lots of cars behind me after I got here. Ididn?t take too long, and I ordered some fried chicken. When I drove by the big menu board. I saw their food photos. I changedmy mind. However, that employee was still talking to other customers in the back. I was the 2nd or 3rd customer outside thecheckout window. I thought I could not change the order. Fortunately, the guy was walking toward me, I waived at him and toldhim that I wanted to change my order. He changed the order for me and then I drove to the checkout window. They almost charge methe old order price with the old order. I told them my new order. When I picked up the food in the next window. They were stillconfused with my order. I had to confirm my order with them one more time. I checked my order when I received my food (a fewfried chicken pieces, not a combo). I asked them if there is any sauce come with the order. I don't come to Canes often because it's usually always super busy when I want to go. So I decided today is the day I shall get... wait in a ridiculous long line for some delicious lemonade, butter toast, crisp fries and yes chicken tenders. Unfortunately my$9 was not well spent today. The tenders were extremely small. I got two tenders instead of three. The fries were not cooked allthe way. And the lemonade was extremely watered down. I got no ice so it can not be the issue. Staff was nice. Service waspretty fast for the amount of people in line. Really not happy about my food. Read more

You would think that a restaurant that focuses on chicken would do a good job with it. Raising Cane's definitely does. Crispy... and moist strips. Friendly and attentive staff, well kept facilities. Read more

An okay place for an easy bite. While originally started from Las Vegas, this chain has a standard look that seems to fit to the... most places. Moist chicken, no complaints. This particular location seems to be packed with younger / teen clientele in theevenings. A busy drive-through. Read more
