The tea here is always good. I usually get the unsweetened, but their sweetened is exactly what I expected and also has good... flavor. The food is always fresh and hot, the workers are friendly, fast and efficient. Pretty good chicken. I learned to go early on the week days and you don?t have to wait. But if you go later in the day or the... weekends it could be a pretty long wait. Over all the food it good. The chicken strips are hot and fresh and who doesn?t loveTexas toast? To me the sauce is okay but I personally do not really care for sauces. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast the drive thru line went! Even though it was wrapped around the building, I had my food... within 10 minutes. Everything was fresh and hot. The young woman taking orders in line and the one at the drive thru window wereboth very helpful and nice. I will definitely return to this location! Read more

Incredibly disappointed. I ordered a caniac combo and wanted to substitute the coleslaw for an extra toast, and ordered five... extra sauces. They didn't give me extra toast, they didn't give me the sauces, they didn't fill my drink up all the way and theydidn't give me that many french fries at all. The worst part is they still charged me for the extra sauces and toast but ididn't get it. Read more

Here in Phoenix Arizona wanting to try a new place. Raising Cane's only serve chicken tenders and fries. With that in mind you... would think they would master it....NOPE not at all. The fries were cold. I had to go back to get a replacement. Service wasvery nice but the second fries were Luke warm. More Luke than warm. Star for the tenders they were nice and hot but justaverage, another star for Cane?s sauce. It was different. Half a star for the tea and another half for the bread equals 1. Notsure what the hype is for this place. I had better tenders and fries just last night at the Prudential Center in Newark, NJ forjust about the same price. Sorry it?s a will not return for me. They gave us 6 cold fries per meal, no lettuce on our sandwiches, a small plop of Canes sauce and no extra sauce with our meal... when we asked for it. Chicken tasted cold and undercooked. Pretty bad experience. Read more
