The broth flavor is very good. I see a lot of the bad comments are about take out, well this is not a fast food place, the broth... and stuff are supposed to be served hot and then you add the veggies. Anyways, we thought it was very good. The chicken wingswere super crispy, hot and the chili sauce was bomb. We will be coming again to try their other stuff. A lot of food for thrprice too. I walked into a completely empty restaurant and ordered a simple dish, was told it would be 15 minutes, big deal I... suppose. Now, everybody knows one of the best parts of eating at pho places is the portion size. For 15 dollars It should havebeen difficult to close my to go box. What I got was about half a cup of meat, veggies and maybe a cup of rice. If the food waspremium quality that would have been justifiable, however, while what I got was edible, it brought me no joy to eat, and I gavethe rest of it to a stray dog that happened to be around my jobsite. Meat was tasteless, somehow the teriyaki was theconsistency of water, and the veggies somehow both over and undercooked. I came with my daughter. It was my first time having pho. It was awesome! The food was amazing and our server Maria gets an A+.
Horrible unprofessional manager. Sounds very young and immature. I even told her she is going to lose a good customer and she... did not care or show empathy. I even expressed to her how I'm feeling while talking to her and no compassion. I always orderdelivery, dine in, or pick up. Twice they have forgotten an order and they tell me we will give it to you next time you order. Ijust called in the manager says you have to order within a week and there is nothing she can do about it. Read more
1st time here, omg its hot AF inside, the cashier is sweating, omg. The place is dirty, they aren't wearing masks, don't use... gloves and I haven't even gotten my food yet, I'm nervous. I ordered the teriyaki chicken w/ white rice asked for chilli for myrice, and teriyaki sauce. The cook brings out the order all packed up, so you expect for all you sauces to be included. NOsauces, the rice is hard, dry, the teriyaki is all dried out. Then I call to ask why I didn't get my sauces, and of course allthey can say is I'm sorry! Your sorry, why are you sorry, you don't even bother to check the customers order to make sure allitems are there. Not sure what all the rave is about this place, will not be going back, they suck! I?m not exactly sure if this is the same as other PT Ph? locations. Regardless, it?s ok. Arrived and waited a bit standing,... staff did greet me but for the place being almost empty, (2-3 other patrons there), I did wait a bit. The spring rolls weregood, however, I was a bit surprised they don?t have the mix of shrimp and pork (like most places do). The dipping sauce wasmore runny than usual but still flavorful. I had the Goi Ga Chicken Salad and that is always delicious: full of flavor, rightdrinks from the peanuts and right amount. The staff, once seated, was very attentive and very professional. Read more
Had the chicken pho, it was ok-not great but not bad. Service was EXCEPTIONAL! Very attentive staff, from the minute you opened... the door they greeted you. Service was fast, food came out in an acceptable time frame. The thing I would suggest is that theyfocus a bit more on cleanliness, especially in the ladies room-you can tell from pictures that it needs quite a bit ofattention. They were hiring so giving the benefit of the doubt that it could be due to shortness of staff. As I mentionedservice was exceptional so I will be back to try other dishes. ???? Read more
We have always loved the food given to us, but in the past 3 times, we noticed less and less of the product. This time, there... was so much less meat. There were only 6 pieces in each bowl and only 2 jalapeno slices. After calling, I found that they areexperimenting with portions. I stated that I wanted to indicate to them that this is a very big difference, and i do not thinkit should be reduced at all. I hope the next ones come with bigger portions. I would not recommend this restaurant if thisstays the same knowing the history of portions received, unfortunately. Read more
