Update to the following: went back and manager was extremely professional and corrected the issue. First I want to say that... my boyfriend and I have gone to this restraint many times over in the last 6 months as well as other locations, I always orderthe same thing and up until tonight never had an issue. They forgot part of the order, when I got my plate of food there wasblonde hair in it. I asked for a new plate.. they brought a second plate, was not what I had ordered the first time and it toohad hair in it. They proceeded to tell me it was fibers from the chopsticks.. when I didn?t believe it and opened a second pairto test the theory they then said it was fresh lemongrass. I refused to eat my food. And when attempting to have the platetaken off they said they could give me a 10% discount per what the manager said.. I asked them to call the manager at which timeI explained I had no issue with paying for my drinks and the other food ordered, I just wanted the one plate taken off the bill,he said to take the order off that I didn?t have to pay.. supervisor then charged me for everything still, giving me 2 10%discounts. I had paid asked for my receipts and found that it was still there and when asked about it, he replied I did take itoff.. you had two orders of this food prepared and we took one off. wanted to try something new! ate here with a friend after work and had an excellent time. the crispy egg rolls were fantastic... and although I wish I enjoyed pho more, I still had a great time. here are some photos to show what you can expect. Read more

Stopped here for the first time recently. The food was pretty good, but I still prefer some of the other pho spots nearby over... this place. We each ordered a bowl of pho as well as some spring rolls. Read more
Absolutely amazing. I got the PT Phó since that was the name of the store and I was not let down. The broth tasted amazing and... I ended up drinking every drop. The value was great too, I paid $14 and got a nice hearty bowl that filled me right up and leftme feeling great. The staff was also very nice and welcoming to me as it was my first time. This is our first visit and regrettably our last. We paid extra, for extra veggies, the outcome as you can see in the picture... has barley any vegetables. The taste of the broth is also not authentic. There were no sauce added to our takeout order sothankfully I had some of my own at home. The total amount paid could have paid for a nice stake dinner but instead we got atasteless broth/steak vegetable soup. Read more
