Went to Protein house for dinner on Nov. 8. I picked up a to-go order of a chicken caesar wrap with a side of fruit. I am a... repeat customer. In fact this was my second meal at this location that day! I ate the wrap and when I opened the fruit my FIRSTpiece I stuck with my fork had a long black hair! I immediately took photos and called to speak with the manager. Her initialresponse was "the fruit is free so I can not do anything for you". Obviously I did not accept this and she called a higher upwho told her to give me a gift card for the price of the meal. FINE! I was happy! I went in to get the the gift card and spendit on the spot for lunch. The manager said she needed a photo copy of my license "to keep on file in case i do this again"!!!!!Like I did something wrong! I do not feel comfortable giving out my full name, address, ID # and whatever other information ison a drivers license. I told her no and she refused to give me the credit. Further more I wasted even more time trying to reachout to Jodi via email before posting. Apparently Jodie is the manager or owner. No response. I payed on AMEX and already filed adispute and won. You guys could have just avoided this entire problem and had a happy, repeat customer. Read more

The food was filling and hearty. Very clean environment and welcoming. Clean meals and I could tell there were no addictives.... The only criticism I would say is that my meal wasn't seasoned. But overall fresh tasting food, healthy and very filling. Read more

Nice venue, quick order for pickup, good food (healthy and filling are biggest selling points). But the food wasn?t as tasty as... I?d hoped considering the price tag. Desserts were okay but I can taste the sweetener in it. Probably stevia. The breakfastburrito was not the best I?ve had but it was probably the most expensive. It wasn?t even the biggest. It was okay, again.Everything looks good but I was hoping it would be a home run so I can make it a new neighborhood favorite go to restaurant. Idon?t think it will be, but it?s on the right track. Hopefully when I try something else on the menu (BURGERS) it?ll be a stepup and I will feel better leaving 4 or 5 stars. Read more
This place is so good ???? open for breakfast, lunch, snacks, shakes and dinner. Great staff - amazing super healthy food, great... for all ages. OK so this review is gonna be a little bit long. I drove up and I saw a whole bunch of people that are very thin and look like... they work out a lot. I'm a bigger woman but I like to try all kinds of food's including healthy food, so I found the vibeintimidating. I was with my son who convinced me to go in. When you enter protein house the music is loud but not so loud thatyou can't have a private conversation. The menu was a little confusing because there is so many different variations. My sonordered the impossible burger and I had the PH protein salad. The food was ready so fast that even though this was a sit downplace (you can order to go also) the food was ready in like 10/ 15 min. The food was really good, we honestly had no complaints.The one thing that did rub me the wrong way was that a customer had a big spill and other customers helped that person but noneof the staff did anything or say anything. They just watched as they worked. That was a little upsetting. But other then that itwas great and I don't regret going in. I actually made plans with a vegetarian friend next week to go there.
