Delicious! Every time we come here the sandwiches are always tasty and the service is great. This is one of my favorite sandwich... places because they toast their sandwiches (reminds me of Quiznos). The peppers you can add to your sandwich are very hot butdelicious. You can buy a jar of their peppers and I highly recommend it. Read more
I purchased a tuna sandwich for my mother yesterday, she ate half, and put the remaining half in the fridge. Today, when she... pulled it out, she told me that half had no tuna salad in it...just the add-ons she selected. For the price of the food, it wasvery disappointing. Read more
The 'GM' just denied a group the ability to use their coupon. She was incredibly rude to the group and to me when I asked her... what the problem with the coupon was. She essentially profiled the entire group and was just so awful. She yelled out why infront of everyone clearly embarrassing them as well. Essentially saying regular people can't use the coupon. The coupon hadclear language on it that was labeled "from our lawyer" as a joke, but honestly this person was the only joke in the sandwichshop. The sandwich isn't worth the abuse and the employees looked so upset they had to deal with a boss acting like such a meanperson. When I tried to help the group she just yelled at me to "have a nice day." She said the coupons were given to groupsthat got catering and I asked her how she knew that group hadn't catered in the past and she just yelled, "No!" Just go to adifferent sandwich place. Best sandwich place by far! Flavor, quality, and really good prices. My husband and I had the Cubano and tasted pretty authentic... and flavorful, we loved it! We order potbelly?s to be delivered to the hospital and it is great every time! They have always gotten the order correct and... always arrive on time if not early. I order online every time and it?s a pretty easy process. I just make sure I get theconfirmation email after ordering. The delivery person has always been super nice. Definitely recommend! Read more
Fantastic little sandwich shop, with a nice atmosphere thanks to a relaxed mismatched decor and groovy tunes played. This place... has recently gotten a brand new menu, with new products and naming convention for the order sizes, so even if you have been herebefore it is worth of checking out again. When I came in around 6:30pm on a Monday night, there was no tea sitting out by the foundation drinks. I asked the cashier and... she said she had put it in the back, and did not offer to make more. I?m not sure why they are taking the tea away at 6:30 whenit should be there until they close for anyone who wants a fountain drink. Update: I?ve been coming here weekly for a month andemployees still don?t care if there is tea out or not at 6:30pm, and start closing duties well before closing time. Read more
