I came to the establishment honestly because Mod Pizza was packed and it was the worst decision of my life. i just don?t... understand an etablishment that doesn?t consider all it?s customers. not everyone likes spicy mustard and that?s all they carry?that?s unfortunate that this establishment will not be getting any more of my money because they have no consideration foranyone or anything if they can?t even put out regular mustard. I used to love this place. Good subs, hot and fresh. I've given them a couple chances since I've had a few subs made... incorrectly. Despite you picking out your toppings while they make the sub. Today, however, the woman who initially takes yourorder was rude. It seemed like I was an inconvenience to her. Clearly having a bad day. I'm not sure when or if I'll be back. Read more
ATROCIOUS SERVICE. I placed my online order and made my payment. Turns out their payment system wasn't working and failed my... payment... not a big deal... The woman at the front spoke EXTREMELY loud that my payment had failed and instead of just takingmy payment and making other right, she forced me to stand in line. After waiting, I finally got to the front of the line whereshe made it obvious she was going to make me wait as long as possible. She fiddled with the silverware and stared off into spaceuntil I finally had no choice but to walk out. I had to get back to work and the whole purpose of online ordering was to be inand out. I used to love potbelly but after this horrid service... never again. I would love to speak to corporate to ensure mycard isn't charged and to be able to provide feedback to your horrible representative. You guys are better than this. I amheavily disappointed. June 7th at 1145am... whoever was working the front counter needs to be refreshed on customer serviceskills and why they're incredibly important. If I could rate this experience zero stars, I would. Great service, food and atmosphere. Outdoor seating. Great shakes and easy menu. Well priced. Very clean place. Lots of... seating and very easy layout. This one has less parking then most.
