I placed an online order... Ordered 3 sandwiches for my family plus 2 bags of chips and a potato salad. Went to pick up the... order and something told me to check the bag before I left. I didn't. I really should have because whoever made the order didn'tcare to include any of the sides I ordered. I immediately called the store when I got home asking for a refund of the sides thatweren't included. I was told to call the next day and the employee seemed confused at what to do. She called her manager and Iheard the manager say "there's nothing I can do about this" while the employee then told me the situation will be handled. Feels like I have been ripped off because I bought a groupon and still paid the same even if I didn?t buy one. Hmmm. So my... total was $24 and the Groupon was for $20. So shouldn?t I be paying only $4 then. Well he charged me $13. I?m still confused. Ibought a 24 inch sub number 1. I also got a 8 inch number 4. I added mayo, tomatoes, lettuce, salt pepper, oregano & oil &vinegar to all the sandwiches. On mine I also added spinach, banana peppers, & onions. The sandwiches were good and filling.They don?t mess around they stuff that sandwich. Also they slice the meat when you order. Don?t even bother getting aGroupon. Great sandwich shop. Freshly sliced meats. And actually prepared salads. It's great to have a place actually chop and shred the... ingredients of your salad. Bowls are great to shake the reading evenly as well. Great selection of breads to choose from aswell. Sides a plenty the chili is my favorite. Staff is always friendly and take their time preparing your food. Read more
This isn't just another sub shop. This is more like a deli shop. The meat is all cut to order. They have several size sandwiches... to choose from. Wheat, white ,or sourdough bread option. You can have it cold or grilled, which is essentially just a paninipress. The prices are on par with most other sandwich shops. It's worth checking out if you've never been to one. Read more
I recently discovered Jersey Mikes and thought I found the ultimate sub. Well now I've found Port of Subs. The "number 1" is... essentially JM's Italian. And it's awesome! Port of Subs gets the edge for price too with a foot long coming in easily a few orfive bucks less thank Mikes. There's also a 24" sub for the best value on what amounts to 2 footlongs. Awesome! Not impressed. Very slow service for meatball subs. Hardly any sauce. Most places have the meatballs cooking in a pot of... sauce. Here they were taken from a refrigerator and then heated in an oven in plastic containers that took forever Read more
