I love that every time I come here staff is friendly and polite. They laugh at my dumb jokes and make some seriously good... sandwiches. On Deer Valley there are three sandwich shops all close; subway, Jimmy John?s and Port of Subs. Port of Subs by faris the best choice. Read more
I come here fairly regularly and the food is always good but the staff seems to change frequently. Seems like maybe new owners.... I have mentioned this before but it bears repeating. You have a machine to make iced tea but you never use it. It's been 3years!!!! You had an alternative by keeping bottled unsweetened tea but even that is gone now. I need to watch my sugar intakeand diet soda is simply poison. This is Arizona. Ne restaurants should EVER not have iced tea available. Last time you said youwould address it but you never did. I don't want to stop coming here but you may force me to your competition. Read more

I don?t think I?ve ever written a bad review for a company, so let that explain how BAD this was! First, when ordering, the... guacamole was a true color is brown. Yuck. But I just decided to order something else, no big deal. As we go to sit, I noticeda large sized bug of some sort crawling all around. I move our food to another table, and when we sat down, what I thought werecrumbs on the ground were actually a minimum of 15 small bugs. Some were still moving on my husbands side of the table. I wasunable to find a table in this place that didn?t have BUGS! This was the most disgusting restaurant I?ve ever been to. It is myintention to contact whoever I need to to get a food inspection. This was so gross. I will never go back. I can?t even imaginehow contaminated the actual food is. No pride in this restaurant. So insanely disappointed. Read more
Normally have a good experience here but today I was hung up on by the manager. I didn't even get to say why I was calling... before I was hung up on. I was simply trying to see if our order was still there for pickup as we had got delivered the wrongorder. I understand it's through Doordash but was just trying to see if we could just pick up our food, that's all. Extremelyrude manager and no customer service skills if he hangs up on people. Read more
First time getting port of subs. It?s good. I got the #1 it comes with salami and ham and cheese. You can choice from different... sizes. Also they have white, wheat or sourdough bread. There?s a new bread called jalapeño cheddar. My brother got thejalapeño cheddar with the #10 he liked it. It?s a bit spicy plus he ate takis with it. They slice the meat when you order thesandwich. You can add tomatoes, pickles cucumbers, lettuce, spinach, banana peppers, spices like oregano, vinegar and oil, alsomayo and other sauces to chose from. Read more
This has always been one of my favorite sandwich spots. Except today they skimped out on the meat? the usual people working here... were not in and they cut corners on the usual amount of meat today. One slice of Turkey and one slice of Ham on a #2 sandwich. Iorder lunches for my customers here too. If they don?t make the change back to the regular amount of meat I?m going to have tolook for another option. Read more
