Never had an order be so messed up. Ordered the 2 piece meal which is supposed to come with a biscuit. Didn't get the biscuit.... Asked for Cajun fries and got rice. Asked for spicy chicken and got old regular chicken. Asked for a coke and surprisingly got acoke, but only filled halfway. Then they almost didn't give me my card back, hopefully an honest mistake. I?ve consistently had bad experiences from this Popeyes from missing items I?ve paid for, to having very tough chicken tenders... that are inedible. Go to any Popeyes other than this one because it?s just not worth it Read more
Waited 20 min in the lobby for my online order, NO BODY HERE (see photo), then 6 employees emerge from the back room talking... about the cost of weed. THEN I waited another 10 min before I was told they are out of coleslaw and hush puppies and cannotcomplete my order. NEVER AGAIN Read more
Food was good. Staff was horrible!! I waited at the register for at least 10 minutes before someone even acknowledged me. There... was someone counting money at the register that didn't even look up at me to say anything. Not a hello, we'll be right with you,nothing. Then she walked away and another girl came to the register. Also didn't acknowledge me. The manager came over and triedto help one of his employees punch in, and he didn't acknowledge me. Finally the second girl that came to the register asked hermanager if I had been helped and he said, " I don't know". So she came and took my order. She did apologize for the wait though.Location was very dirty. Flies were buzzing around while we were eating. And it wasn't like they were short staffed. There wasat least 6 employees walking around. When I was in line a lady made a comment about how they forgot to even give her shrimp theday before so she had to come back so they could fix her order. When I got my order I didn't receive my fries. Then I had to askfor a spoon for my mashed potatoes because I wasn't given one. Horrible customer service. Messed up order. Mgr was on her cellphone laughing it up instead trying to fix our order. Gave out... bite size pieces of chicken which was dried out and not edible. Soda machine out of all drinks. Workers look like they beeneating all the inventory. Only positive thing is the lobby was open. Will never return to this location again. Love the sandwiches but they have said they are out of Chicken sandwiches and only have spicy ones and this was 30 minutes... before they closed early. This was the 3rd store to say the same thing. I understand that the sandwich is popular but for 3stores 6 times in a week(we had gone to the same store twice with 2 stores throughout the week.) This was terrible. The chicken was damn near raw, fries were cold. The order was COMPLETELY wrong. It?s Popeyes. Everything was... undercooked and disgusting took 2 bites saw it was pink and the taste was so nasty, through the rest of my meal away. Iunderstand Popeyes has a reputation for bad service but usually the food is good. This had terrible service and terrible foodthis is a lawsuit waiting to happen if it doesn?t get fixed. Read more
Arrived at dinner time on a Sunday evening & there was a short line in the lobby (3 people) which was expected. The incompetent... guy taking orders has no knowledge of the menu & when he was only taking orders. The woman filling orders was only fillingorders for the drive through. It's not a good sign when the customers do more instructing of how to fill orders than the crew.No clue if there was a manager on site. Food was being made was good. I am willing to wait a little bit if I know there arecustomers ahead of me but waiting a half hour for what should have been 5-7 minutes shows how much the customer service suckshere. Read more
