Can't get enough of their chicken. Out of all the chicken places... theirs is the best! I still don't understand why it takes 10... people to run one restaurant. But if one doesn't know how to do it correctly, there's also another person working there thatknows what's going on. They take care of their customers. Read more
I've never had any issues with this Popeyes .. but this evening i placed my order at 7:43pm and was told to pull up front and... they would bring it out to me it's was literally 8:20pm And i had to go in and ask for my food.. they all looked at me like ihad 3 heads. The girl at the register had all kinds of attitude then just walked away without helping me. No one knew where myorder was. Supposedly they were waiting for a small tiny apple pie that came with my order .. so it took them over 30min to heatup an already cooked apple pie the size of my hand... Don't even want to give it a single star but, I guess sacrifice for gain here. Do not go to this location, they had tons of... orders up tonight, no one was even trying to get us our orders, there was no functioning in the kitchen as far as I could tell.Took them almost an hour to get just our order out. Also before they ever got our order out to us they had to ask us twice whatour order was. The person taking the order appeared slurry, and I'm aware of what to do with herself. Not a good experience. I came through the drive-through today and the service was terrible the lady at the window. Was not nice what so ever. At the... drive-through we couldn?t hear very good so my mom proceeded to say I?m sorry then the girl at the window paused for a fewseconds and proceeded to shout back at us we didn?t shout back however we proceeded with the same awful tone she gave us andsaid sorry it is our first time then once we got to the window she proceeded with the attitude. We then asked for ranch and withan attitude she said that they were all out of ranch which we New they weren?t because we seen her give it out and I?ve workedfast food before I know there?s always ranch in the back. Working fast food in the past I know that if you are going to beworking a costumer server job you need to leave your problems at home and do not bring them to work and if you are having a badday put on a smile and worry about it once your home.
