I bought the big box with Mac and cheese and red beans and rice... The mac and cheese was half full and very soupy and the... chicken was soggy and seemed to be old. I went back and was told that's how the mac and cheese is, so I asked for mashedpotatoes and gravy instead and fresh chicken... The lady was very nice and had no problem helping me. Went here tonight was told I would be waiting for five minutes for my food and then I waited 20 minutes never received my food... went to the door which the lobby doors were locked and then when the manager came to the door she asked me what the problem wastold her I never received my food showed my receipt and I have been waiting for 20 minutes. When the manager came back to thedoor told me they gave my food away, looked at me like there was nothing she could do about it. Before I could say anything elsetwo more customers walked up and started talking one said I think I might have your food gave that to me. The other customerswere confused why the doors were locked when one had a pickup and the other was waiting just like me. Then I left when I gothome the meal was completely wrong nothing was correct except for the fries gave me 2 boxes of chicken and I ordered a nuggetmeal and 2 piece chicken tender spicy meal with fries. When I tried to call the line it was busy and I made multiple attempts atreaching the store. It was to late to go back out since I have children that needed to be in bed and I have work in the morning.Then when I called again finally rang and then just kept ringing, there was no answer and they were suppose to be open till 11pmthere website says and on google says that so I was confused no answer and again why they were locking up that early. Extremelyupset and disappointed will never go here again which is a shame since my family loves Popeyes and this location is closest toour home we moved too. I am hoping a manager sees this or someone from Corporate and fixes these problems because looking at thereviews this has happened before multiple times or similar situations, and seems like the staff don?t care at all. The employees were awesome. They let us use more than one coupon and treated us well by letting us order more than one meal with... the coupons. However they did mess up our order with with white meat chicken and spicy chicken we don't and can't eat. Then theydon't answer their phone so you can't call to complain. So we gave the chicken we couldn't eat to a neighbor instead of throwingit out. When we went back the next day the manager was reluctant to correct our order. She would only replace part of thechicken. Good thing I took a picture of the spicy chicken and the breasts and wings. She told me she wanted to see the chicken.I had explained that I had given it away to avoid throwing it away and that they didn't answer the phone the night before. Thislocation is about fifteen miles away from our home. (And no other restaurants want you to bring them the food back the nextday.) That's just gross in some cases. However there was a really cool young man there that took care of us after we spoke toher the manager. And he replace enough to make up for the cost we were out by receiving the wrong chicken order.
