Stoped into this location for a quick bite for dinner. Ambiance is dark and dingy looking. Looked like they just opened as there... was only 1 other guest in the restaurant and like 12 employees. Bartender took a few minutes to greet me. Another employee wastraining a new bartender and his tone was kind of condescending. From the new bartenders knowledge i would never have her makeme a drink. My new favorite pizza place in Phoenix! They serve wood-cooked gourmet pizzas! You can also order a salad or pasta too! The... caprese salad is my go-to appetizer with quality cheese and tomatoes. They also have an indoor bar and offer outdoor seating. Iwould absolutely recommend this restaurant for date night, families, and take-out guests. Read more

First time customer - saw photos of their food and pizza online and it looked delicious so I wanted to try. I ordered to-go,... brought it home to share with my kid and was unpleasantly surprised to find the crust and bottom burnt to a crisp. I can’tbelieve they actually thought this was okay to serve someone, especially for the price that is charged. My little one couldn’teven eat it because how bitter it tasted. Maybe it was the cooler air today, or the fact that my niece is visiting from Italy, but somehow everything seemed to align here... at Pomo Biltmore. I was hungry, but I was also craving a pizza. What could be better than a good pizza and an Italian beer.Perfect timing at lunchtime, the crowds were a few and the service was great. The pizza hit the spot. Spicy and more spicy oilto add to the hotness. ???? Decided to go for dessert on a craving and opted for tiramisu, a double espresso macchiato and lifeis good. ???? The highway was completely destroyed with accidents, so we weren't getting home any time soon. Time to find food! We found a... couple places, but ultimately decided on Pomo. We got seats almost immediately, the staff was super nice and helpful. Westarted with drinks of course. SOLE: This is a habanero infused vodka cocktail. It's definitely spicy, but also definitelygood! PORPORA: Mezcal!!!! It has Mezcal. That means it's awesome even if there was dirt in it! But this was good. And no dirtin it. PERONI: An Italian staple. Had to get it. GRAMIGNA BOSCAIOLA: We've had some "not so good" pasta lately, and I wasdubious. But this was good!!!! We'd definitely get this again. It's mild, but has a good bechamel flavor. The house made pastais quirky and fun. CAPRICCIOSA: This is in the top few pizzas we've had recently. The crust is done right and had good flavor.The sauce was nice and savory. The toppings were legit too. The olives were my favorite part.
