Finally made it! This unique cocktail bar is a must drink. They have a unique menu with cocktails for just about any palate. I... tried No Body, No Crime and Gentleman?s Heist. 10 out of 10 recommend. We also shared a Grasshopper, an alcohol infused icecream dish. Please keep in mind that the menu does change periodically and it seems that the new menu will be up soon and thetricks I mentioned will no longer be available. Read more

I loved the atmosphere. We had reservations at Platform 18 and arrived a little early, so the wait staff offered us a table at... the Grey Hen while we waited. I had Golden apples. It was probably my favorite drink of the night. It is a quaint atmospherewith decadent drinks. They do not sell food but they do have specialty sorbet and ice cream that is a must try. Additionally, the the staff was very busy yet very kind and informative. Read more

Great spot to grab a drink in a unique locale. 3 different themed bars are on location. 90 minutes is the allotted time per... visit and we had 2 drinks each which seemed ample time for small talk while taking in the atmosphere and drinks. The Pullmantrain car was authentically decorated and the wait staff and bartenders wore era appropriate attire. To amplify the experience, they use screens that show nature and scenery as if you were on an actual train. We found being so close to the screens could betroublesome for those with motion sickness as the screens sometimes appeared blurry. Perhaps in the future, newer screens withbetter framerates will reduce the dizzying effect. Overall, we had a great time and cannot wait to explore the other venues. Read more

What a fun night at Platform 18 in Century Grand! A great date night or hang out with friends at this one-of-a-kind experience.... We were promptly seated at our reserved time, and all of the staff were so friendly to our party. Once established, ourbartender immediately got to know us and was able to help us order drinks that fit our likes! There are a couple of othercocktail bars inside Century Grand, and we will be returning to try those out as well. Thank you to all the staff in CenturyGrand, and we?ll see you next time! Read more

Environment is very cool and done with a good eye to quality. But it is a place you go to once so you can talk about it, and... not twice. Very high priced drinks, which is not my complaint, but they do not give an honest pour at all. Fill the glass withice and a very small amount of drink, then charge twenty bucks. And reservations require a $20 per person deposit from yourcredit card. They limit the amount of time you can be there even when the place is almost empty. No signs outside at all so itis difficult to find. So it's a gimmick place, a cool gimmick but sadly lacking on what they provide. At those prices theydon't need to go cheap on the product. Extremely fun place to get drinks. I highly recommend to anybody who love craft cocktails. Very fun and unique experience. They... have 2 more experiences to offer, can't wait to try them. People who are leaving less than 5 stars due to it being "expensive",i pity those people, cost of crafted cocktails has nothing to do with the bar or the experience. If you cannot afford standardScottsdale drink cost of $11-$15 bucks or $20 for a super nice prestigious cocktail then you have no business in being there orleaving such review, you can go to the slums over at south side phoenix for your cheap fix. This place is wonderful and it'slike a time machine into the past. LOVE IT and i will return with friends! Read more

This is a quirky little experience in downtown Phoenix. Step into another reality -- it is like being on a set of a play that... takes place in another time and another world. That of a platform waiting for an old-time steam locomotive to depart. The drinkmenu is packed with theme appropriate options. While I was (and am) enthusiastic of the novelty value, it should be shared thatthe prices come steep and the staff lacks finesse when it comes to rushing the guests out for turning around the tables asswiftly as possible. But, as long as you are aware of that -- and, that the waiting staff make no apologies for it -- I have nodoubt that you will have a good time. Read more

What an incredible experience! Why aren't there more cocktail spots like this? The service was wonderful. The menu is quite... large, so definitely tell your server what you gravitate towards and they will help narrow down the options. The atmosphere isincredible. You really do feel like you're in a moving train car. Even the seats vibrate slightly...so it feels real. Thecocktails...insanely good. Ole Big Joe was the favorite for both my husband and I. Also loved the Clip Joint. Appreciate thatthey have a selection of non-alcoholic and low ABV options as well as boozy sorbets and ice cream. I make a point to visiteither Platform 18, Undertow, or Grey Hen (all part of the same family) every time I'm in Scottsdale/Phoenix. My husband and Ikeep asking ourselves why a place like this isn't in Dallas! Read more
