I called an hr ahead of time before they closed knowing a pizza takes 15 mins and the drive to where I live. Said ?we?ll be... there in 30 mins? I waited outside just to make sure they came because the guys was being all rude I called and hung up my call! Read more
Customer Service is such a lost art. The "shift manager" on today 06/06/22 approx 5:15 pm or 5:30 pm is not an example to his... fellow team members by hanging up on customers or even refusing to try and rectify the situation at hand. People should not bein a customer service position if you are not a customer service person or willing to display exemplary custumer service skills.Times are rough as it is without the negative attitudes or energies. Severely disappointed loyal customer. NEVER EVER in 20years did I ever have such a bad experience by Pizza Hut. One person can ruin many years of exemplary service. Read more
Edit 2022-05-16: Continued low quality. Always burnt cheesy bread. Not cheesy. ?Detroit Style? crust was just mushy regular... crust, doesn?t. Even taste like it was cooked in a pan. Would not recommend this Pizza Hut. Read more

I have been out of town for couple days. Today (MONDAY FEBRUARY 21 2022 around 7:20pm ) my youngest daughter called me and told... me ?mom is not feeling good daddy , can we get pizza??
