Don't trust the "35-45 minutes" if you order online. It's been over an hour and the tracker still says 16 minutes away. The... store is 7 minutes from here if you don't catch any green lights. I've never had a problem with the orders being correct ordelicious, but lately door dash has been delivering their pizza for dinner reason and it takes much longer than before. Placed an order last night. Waited over an hour, Once my pizza arrived it was cold, soggy, and looked like someone threw my... pizza around. I called and the manager gave me a complimentary pizza which i do appreciate. However the second pizza came backeven worst. The pizza was soggy,cold, and just gross. Read more
Ellie assisted me in placing my order during lunch time today. The service was nothing less than professional and very polite in... considering my short amount of time that I had on my lunch break to get my food. When I place my order, Ellie ran back to thekitchen to make sure it was dropped right away without me even asking. This is the kind of service that makes me wanna returnhere versus the other restaurants in the area. Literally no sauce at all. For a twenty dollar pizza, this is unacceptable. I've had better from Little Caesars! The only saving... grave is the stuffed crust and was the only thing that allowed this pizza to be edible. Otherwise it would have been one star???? Read more
Iv been going here for over two years and this is as bad as it gets. Stuffed crust was way over cooked, as well as our cheese... bread. I'm so bummed, and I can't just take the food back live a little ways way. My kids and I were stuck picking at what wecould. They were short staffed. I stay 10 minutes away. I ordered my food at 223pm and got it at 456pm. My pizza was cold and looked... like it was sitting out. My wings barely had the honey bbq sauce. Read more
Took the food 2 hours to get to me, which the store is 5 minutes away, drive time, and it was cold, and the garlic bread was... burnt. You could tell it was sitting out for a really long time before they even cared to deliver it to me. Of course, my familywas so hungry by the time it got to use, they ate it. I ordered for family dinner and picked up my order on 7/21/22 at 9:15 p.m. I ordered pan pizza. It was NOT pan but more like... thick cardboard. Sauce was to much. Cheese was scarce. It was very bad! Tried calling store. Phone rings and rings then itdisconnects. A waste of time and money! Read more
