This is the third and final straw for Pizza Hut. I ordered delivery and was given wrong product and another that was missing... ingredients and this is not the first time either. Location did not pickup phone until I pulled into their parking lot. Whilethere getting the correct item that was completely wrong. They didn't offer me any compensation for their mistake. I even paid adelivery fee and had to drive back to fix their mistake. Even seen that the staff leaves the phone off the hook. Told had tospeak to the manager and would open at 10 am next day. When taking time out of my work day to call. No answer again and receivedmessage that the store isn't even open at 10 and when I am able to call again the manager is gone. Read more
This place used to be real good, don't know what happened. The last couple times have been bad but tonight was the worst.... Javaris charged my fiance 40 dollars for 2 medium 1 topping pizzas! Didn't honor the special they have going on for him eventhough he asked for it. My fiance got the pizzas but had to turn around and go back in because they were made wrong and Javariswas offering the special to the people in there then. So why do they get the special pricing but my fiance doesn't? Soundspretty discriminatory to me. And when told he made the pizzas wrong Javaris just threw the whole thing in the trash. I ordered "The Edge" pizza for delivery using the app, 6/30/2022 and the overall experience was horrible! The team member was... extremely rude, yelled and cursed at me when I complained the delivered pizza was cold and cut (pieces scattered everywhere).Awful experience, bad food and borderline harassment from the Pizza Hut team member. Careful when ordering for curbside pickup, you may have to go inside and pick it up yourself because there's a good chance they... won't bring it out to you, it happened to me the last two times I have ordered. The first time I waited about 20 min past mypickup time, eventually went inside and they had no explanation for not bringing my order out other than a bogus patheticapology. The second time (a week later) I waited 15 min past my pickup time, again went inside and the female employee(possiblymanager) blamed me basically telling me that I was S.O.L because they were busy & short staffed. Well with me not ordering fromthis location anymore, that's one less customer/problem they'll have to deal with. Read more
Navigating the website for a simple order was not easy. Delivery was 15 minutes late, pizza was very undercooked, barely warm... when delivered! Considering the store is 0.9 miles away we would have expected a a fully cooked hot pizza delivered on timeaccording to the text message received with delivery time. Will never order again. Read more
I will change this review to 5 stars when you guys get it together. Last time I ordered from you, I ordered 18 wings. You have... me 12 wings. You said next time I ordered, you'd give me 6 extra, but you didn't. I ordered 18 wings this time, I got 17 plusthis flapper with no meat. C'mon people. Another reason for the bad review is... how do you serve someone pizza and wings andNOT deliver napkins with the order? Update: changed review to 1-star. No reply, not a care in the world. Sad. One of the best commercial pizza joints. There's not much in the menu that isn't good to eat. They have beer, on delivery if... needed which is rare and a great convenience in the later parts of the night. The on line deals...there's always one thatcatches the eye. I've never regreted eating here. Read more
Ordered a veggie pan pizza. Arrived ice cold and if what I received was a "pan pizza" it was a joke. Looked more like... traditional crust, super thin and flimsy. Also undercooked, when I asked for "well done" in the special instructions. Usuallydon't eat Pizza Hut and definitely won't again. It was pretty terrible. Would have been happier with a Red Baron.
