I had an amazing experience today. I know for the most part people complain about their order not being ready or getting the... wrong items. So the gentleman was opening the boxes to show me the order was right. He goes to open the box and a slice ofpizza goes flying. Told him I would take it like that but he insisted on making me a a whole new pizza. The best part was thestaff tonight were amazing, great attitude, smiling and having a good time. Just ordered a couple pizza and not satisfied at all. Pizza was so plain tasting they were so cheap with the sauce it tasted... like I was just eating unsalted dough and cheese. I will not order from here again. Read more
It's pizza hut, so I like the food and can't give it a 1 star because the food is good, but I'm switching to Dominoes because... I'm not moving any time soon and they ALWAYS forget SOMETHING in the order. The one time that I caught the delivery personbefore they left, they were able to go get it quickly, but when I've had to call, it takes hours and their customer service atthis location is non-existant. I even added a tip before delivery hoping that would incentivize them to get it right, but I wasvery wrong. Read more
Horrible pizza, over cook , I try to call the store to get another pizza and some Lady in India answer my call just to tell me... that she is in a call center in India and that she can?t transfer me to the store mansger at the time, what a rediculousesituation?.
