Outstanding customer service from Keith and his driver tonight! I placed my order through Pizza Hut mobile app, they were short... staffed so the order got sent through DoorDash. Well, DoorDash never delivered my order and I believe the dasher kept the order.Keith took care of me, sent me a fresh, hot, delicious new order and the driver showed up apologizing for the issue just likeKeith did. The manager refuses to manage her store and make her driver accountable and actually do his job. He was allowed to argue and... tell me I was giving them the wrong address. I have not had any issues with Uber Amazon or postmates delivering anything. Ispent $65 and my mom ultimately had to go get my food, luckily she came over at the time. They are very unprofessional here. Ittook over an hour and the managers solution is a $40 credit. Who would really order from them again after the experience I had? Read more

Food is always good, when I get it. Online hours and actual hours definitely vary. I work night's so ordering something at... midnight is normal. Well google says they close at midnight. Call to make an order at 11:15pm. 20 minutes later I get a callback saying the store is closed. Awesome. They waited long enough so I cant order anywhere else. Got some pizza. Haven't had Pizza Hut in awhile. I love their stuffed crust!!! Definitely worth the $2 more! I love their... supreme & sausage pizza with stuffed crust. Also I got a new pizza which is really good. It has creamy garlic parmesan sauce,regular cheese, garlic buttery blend crust flavor with ham & pork. It's delicious. I love their breadsticks as well but theydidn't have any. You can order online, they have an app. There's coupons/deals on there. Read more
