Outstanding customer service from Keith and his driver tonight! I placed my order through Pizza Hut mobile app, they were short... staffed so the order got sent through DoorDash. Well, DoorDash never delivered my order and I believe the dasher kept the order.Keith took care of me, sent me a fresh, hot, delicious new order and the driver showed up apologizing for the issue just likeKeith did. The manager refuses to manage her store and make her driver accountable and actually do his job. He was allowed to argue and... tell me I was giving them the wrong address. I have not had any issues with Uber Amazon or postmates delivering anything. Ispent $65 and my mom ultimately had to go get my food, luckily she came over at the time.
