I used to enjoy ordering from this Pizza Hut. But for the past year service has gone down and now they don't even use in-house... delivery, they use DoorDash(who always sends someone who doesnt know the area and always ends up with something missing from theorder). Just goes to show Pizza Hut doesn't pay their employees enough to stick around or do well. So as a customer I wont stickaround either. Last time I waste money ordering pizza here. Read more

I lived in Detroit for 21 years. Pizza Hut?s ?Detroit Style? pizza is not even close. Perhaps that?s because the one I just... ordered was undercooked. Very disappointing. I know it?s for a limited time only, but they need to take that one off their menuASAP. Read more

Consistent Pizza Hut products my order is always correct although it seems that the more toppings I add the more they reduce the... quantity of each topic which is a bit of a deceptive business practice if you ask me but that's more a complaint with corporateguidelines and may or may not have anything to do with this franchisee. This location is absolute trash. Their website wrongly sent to to their location for delivery in my area while I was working on... a jobsite. I entered my address and selected the ONLY store it provided for me in my area. After placing the order, the websitetold me it would be 20-25 minutes for arrival. After about 20 minutes, I received a call, thinking my driver was trying to findwhere to drop off the pizza at the jobsite, but it was just the store telling me I selected the wrong store. So I asked if theycould transfer my order to the correct store and get my pizza to me. He said he could only cancel the order and I would have tore order it, but online, they are the ONLY store provided in my area where I was working. After asking why they waited until theposed delivery time to call me and tell me they can't deliver my pizza, the guy told me he is just going to cancel my order andhung up on me. The order should not even be allowed to be placed outside of the delivery area and if it does come through, theemployees should realize it's outside of their zone and NOT make the pizza and inform the customer while they still have time toorder somewhere else. The employees at this location are rude and inconsiderate when I was trying to get my food in the time Ihad on site. They need retrained properly or fired for being incompetent. Read more

My order originally said ?delivery time 45-55min? I got confirmation of my order @ 6:39pm and ?out for delivery? text at 7:43pm... & did not receive my cold, hard pizza and pasta until 8:30pm. The breadsticks wouldn?t even pull apart they were so cold andold. 2 hours of a wait and still receive cold food? Ridiculous. Also driver did not have cheese &/or peppers for the pizza. Acommon condiment request for pizza. If I do decide to eat here again, may pick up instead. Read more

Hire more competent staff. Received the completely wrong order from delivery driver. Attempted to call store to rectify... situation but no one answered at all. I had to drive to the store and wait for new pizzas. Was not offered any compensationbesides one soda even though I paid a delivery fee and tip to the driver for terrible service. Read more

I ordered delivery from this location and others in the past. From my experience with adding extra items on my pizza and paying... for it I seem to never get it. I ordered extra cheese again and I even called the restaurant and asked them to make sure it's onthere and the lady on the phone said sure no problem! Once again I got my food with no extra cheese that I paid for. Read more

This rating is for corporate themselves. How can you have ONE person working this establishment on their own? That poor guy is... really overworked...I feel for him. This cannot be ethical. I did a curbside pick up late at night and this is what I walked upto. The establishment looked closed because all the lights are off except for the kitchen. But he did it for his safety becauseit's easier for him to see out, he has the door locked, and a sign asking to call when you're here and be patient because it'sjust him. How sad is that?! This guy deserves to be store manager with a triple salary increase (at the least...which I am sureyou can), and hire his own team. He clearly shows he can run a store. Read more
