The young teenager with the long hair is completely incompetent and has respect. After messing up my order once again, did not... apologize, took his sweet time remaking it. I could tell the other 2 guys were annoyed with him. As if that wasnt enough he washandling food without gloves. While waiting someone called to complain and one of the guys, nice fella, asked his manager tocome to the phone and she wouldnt. She told him to handle it even though he said he didn't want to and that he was nervous. Read more
Just got a pepperoni pizza and breadsticks to try this pizza hut out since it has bad reviews. What I got was perfect and tasted... great. I?m happy to try and add a decent review because I think they are trying to improve this location. I will definitelyorder again since it was good and is close by. Read more
We ordered two pizzas, wings and cheese bread for delivery. When the order arrived, there was only one pizza and it was... undercooked! It took forever for them to bring the second pizza and told us we were not the only one who got their order messedup.. Bad service and quality. Read more
You would think with this being a new store the food would be better, but no pizzas were raw just like the other two Pizza Huts... by us. Done with Pizza Huts!! Read more
Put the order on line at 4:55pm. Said order ready at 5:16. Should up at 5:18pm. Got my pizza at 6:12pm. One employee that was... making pizza, was not wearing any gloves. Any extra condiments she would throw on the flow. She tide we?re should and did notwash hand and continue to make pizzas.. Definitely needs a good team leader.. Read more
I don't normally do reviews but I had a wonderful experience with James and another associate who helped me fix an online order.... I will definitely order from here again. Terrible service, ordered delivery over an hour and half ago, tracker saids it has been in process of being made for almost 2... hours. Tried calling no one answers at the store location. Called to try and cancel order and they tell me only the store cancancel it. Dear God! All I wanted was pizza for dinner, didnt expect this! Huge disappointment for a new location. I arrived for curbside pickup and after 10 minutes had to go inside and ask about my order. They told me they gave it to someone... else. So I then had to wait longer for my kid's food. Then the food was rushed and not prepared correctly. This is about the 3rdtime something has been wrong with my order. Not going to this location AGAIN!!! Read more
