Did a 34 reset here waiting for my Monday delivery appointment. Showers went down Saturday night because of no water but... everything else was working. Newly renovated store forcing us drivers to self checkout, I refuse to do an employees job whenthey are standing there. So I put my items back and walked over to Danny?s. P/FJ you should have put your money into renovatingthe shower system. I come down here about every 2 months and it?s the same thing. No showers and trash cans overflowingeverywhere!!! I used the dumpster personally because it was empty and on your way into the store you didn?t have to look for it.2 stars because the staff was polite and courteous spite the shower situation!! **note to drivers: don?t complain about theshowers waiting in line out in your truck unless you actually walk up to the store. When I left this morning it showed 63 inline, that?s because the showers have been down for so long!!! If you have the money stay at Danny?s across the street!!!Cheaper parking, cheaper showers if you have to pay, cheaper laundry! Have a blessed day y?all!! Read more
This location stands out because the bathrooms were always clean and well stocked when I needed to use them. And when a small... line did form at checkout, another employee jumped in on another register without being called. That's teamwork. Well done ! Read more
The truck stop is always full! 99% even during the day? just got to wait around to find the free parking. I definitely... recommend flying j remove the dirt and plants and light posts to add 20 more truck parking spots and maybe 10 more bobtailparking. America needs to add a hundred thousand parking spots. What is flying j doing to increase parking in America ?? Read more
28 people waiting on a shower with no one cleaning them, out of 15 showers 10 are open awaiting cleaning with no maintenance... person on the radar!!! Managers take note since your client by far is the Professional Driver! Driver will not spent money atyour store just because of this "We don't care enough" attitude. If I could rate this place a zero I would. Definitely not coming here again if this lady cashier (April) is still employed.... Myself and another fellow driver came into the store with our own cups to fill with ice and purchase drinks. This is normalbecause we are allowed to do so. We even used the self checkout stations to purchase our other items due to a long line withthis cashier (April). Apparently she was so suspicious of us two drives getting our drinks that she couldn?t even handle theline the was steady growing wrapping around the store. We had Zak! Cups from Target that we had just purchased not even 15 minsbefore arriving in our Lyft. This same cashier swore up and down that I they sold these same cups there at the pilot/flying j.Of course we had receipts from our target cup purchase and the purchase of pilot/flying j drinks when being questioned bysecurity. This is very disappointing to us and we don?t appreciate being treated this way. I thought pilot/flying j appreciatedthe Pro Drivers apparently not her. I have been to this location more then 6 ti.rs a month with a corporate credit card for our vehicles NEVER have I had to give my... personal bank card as well( usually just I'd & corporate card) while pumping but today the guy behind the counter told me thiswas not the case and it's policy EVERYWHERE but that is false I'm a cross country driver and have never heard of this "policy"before so when he started telling me that I challenged it and his co worker so.e aggressive lady gonna jump into ourconversation and tell me how I think I know something but I really dont.. By far the worst flying J I?ve been to. As a truck driver I rely on flying J?s and pilots to be home away from home. This place... isn?t that. The unprofessional attitudes from the employees to the lack of merchandise. The towing of legally parked trucks.Who?s drivers are on a well deserved home time. Terrible place, impossible to get in the shower! I couldn?t even find a place to park, I couldn?t even make reservations, there... are too many trucks for this place, and the truck stop can?t cope, the authorities and businessmen need to pay attention to thisand build more paid parking lots for trailer trucks, the authorities don?t want to pay attention to it! And drivers are forcedto look for places and waste their nerves and time, this is fundamentally wrong .... drivers spend a lot of time working, andthis is a very responsible and rather difficult job and requires more rest ... The city must intervene and solve this problemwith trucks, otherwise what are these government workers for! Read more
